Tap in with us for a quick 20 minute full body strength workout using resistance bands! This is a high intensity workout that will target your entire body--upper, lower and abs. This workout is great if you're looking to build muscle mass and strength without the use of heavy equipment . We used our OBLA resistance bands but you can do most of the movements if you have a different band type. There are a few modifications throughout this workout, but most of the movements are doable for all fitness levels. Be sure to drop a comment and let us know how your workout went!

I am a mother of three so sometimes I don't have the time nor energy to do a full workout 🙃 I love you guys workout format and giving time to set up the moves. I consider myself intermittent but sometimes I need a bit of time to set up the moves. Perfect workout for anyone - moves are simple but effective.

Honestly it's awesome you're also setting a great example for your kids! I remember doing short little dumbbell exercises out of a magazine with my mom and sister, i didnt have to do it but it was fun to join them and we'd laugh as we went. I think thats the reason I'm here now, its possible for exercise to be fun and not just like a terrible struggle.

Been doing your 20 minute full body dumbbell workouts this week and the week before last as my gentle introduction to regular home workouts. I haven't had a regular workout routine in many years and never had one that I did at home so y'all have singlehandedly gotten me into this and the effects on my energy level have been immediate. Was just trying this one out for the first time (it's nice to keep changing it up, these definitely work some muscles i dont think I'd been working out with the dumbbells haha I'm shaking) and you had a good suggestion to send a tip... just my first small token of thanks for putting these out for free for anyone that even wants to take that first step. You are the best!!

I love this workout. I’ve done it a few times and it’s a great change up routine. Today I felt like I needed more resistance on the bridges so I’ll be trying that next time.

I modified the last 2 as im still healing my diastasis rectic (10mo post partum after 3 babies in just over 4 years!) But I loved this work put, because I can do it from home when my younger 2 nap! Thank you so much! You've got a new subscriber ❤

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for this workout. I am recovering from lower back surgery and most of these movements are perfectly aligned with my approved PT and my now lesser flexibility capabilities! The ab movements were kinda fun and I could keep up with that so, I am excited!!! Thank you so much!

Your workouts are fantastic. I’ve done many many different, KZfaq video for exercise and I feel and see the most results with yours. Keep putting out new content and if you could number them would be awesome. I like to vary it up, but it’s hard to keep track of which is which just by the video and picture. You rock!

great workout. The only struggle I had with the resistance bands was the hip thrust. I feel like I felt it more in my arms trying to hold it down versus feeling it in my bottom. Everything else was on fire for me

You can put your feet through the loops on each end so your arms won’t need to hold it down.

Great workout! I don't have the loops, so I had to keep switching my handles for different resistance. I think next time, I'll use the booty band for the bridges & my flat bands for the push-ups. Thanks for the inspiration!

NEW SUB! I can't believe I just found you!! I think you're just what we have been looking for! We're (wife, 41 & husband, 40) training/activities/adventure partners, and from your intro, it seems you two are as well! We ski/board, climb, white water kayak, MTB and hike, but sometimes we want a work out at home, that's high quality, and I love to work to the clock. I give myself extra credit because I didn't have the type of band you guys used so I made do. I had 2 regular type resistance bands and tied them to together to make it like what you had, bada bing it worked. It did the job and I loved this work out. I'm feeling it today Haha
