A simple 20 minute unguided meditation with the sound of bells at 5-minute intervals as a reminder to return your awareness to the present moment.
Just meditating for 20 minutes everyday can be beneficial for training your mind to focus and become more present. Our minds are continually creating thoughts on autopilot, and with a daily meditative practice we can watch those thoughts and gain more awareness of those thoughts that run us.
Meditation is excellent for:

- Increasing focus and self-awareness
- Observing the emptiness out of which all things arise into being
