Hi Lauren! Great workout! I tried today this workout and it helps me get stronger that I am. I'm training to get back to pull ups and burpees sooner after 15 months C section God bless you for creat all those workouts!

Yes, although use caution during overhead movements with weights and pushups. You will want to make sure you can properly manage core pressure during these movements. But, you can always modify, reduce weight or decrease the time intervals.

Idk if this a funny question or not but it’s been 3 in a half years since Iv had my daughters I still can’t lose the weight I was wondering if this would still work for me . Iv tried pretty much everything to lose the weight and nothing has worked

Have three kids..all with c section.. Last one is 1•5. Year old ...i have big belly,,like pregnancy...otherwise my body is ok....kindly share belly targeted exercises..which are suitable for people having hip and leg pain
