This is probably my favourite KZfaq video to release my hips. I never realise how tight they are until I do this video. Just been sitting for the last half an hour amazed at how great they feel since I've done the video! Thank you!

Thank you for this! I have problems with workouts sometimes because I am pretty flexible, but my muscles aren’t very strong. I sometimes think because I’m flexible I don’t need to stretch, but that isn’t true as I still do get tight!
