I am concerned because my knees are weak and i do not get on ground cuz i have to crawl to something & hold on to something strong to stand up one leg at a time cuz my balance is off! Should i try this? how do i keep balance?

I worked up a good sweat pretty quickly. However, Being a complete newb (beginner) this video was very difficult to keep up with. Stating that a stretch should feel relaxing, the very first time it is done is ridiculous! It was quite painful doing the “pigeon.” There was no way to walk hands forward for that one, even with a supporting pillow, where it wasn’t an extreme stretch for a newbie! Yes, it was good, and maybe even necessary, but if you are making a vid for “newbies” then recognizing that it is uncomfortable, maybe even painful is necessary....or else you will lose the viewer. Even assuming your beginner has a mat and isn’t doing it on the bedroom or living room floor indicates that this is not a beginner’s video.
