I remember how Brakkus was marketed to the german audience as "their" guy. They made him do a promo in German and he struggled to even introduce himself in German. It was so bad the commentators went like "yeah, no - her really is German, he just was in the states for a long time and didn't speak the language for a while"

The guy in the thumbnail is Pantera. I remember the light heavyweight division fondly. I had a bunch of VHS tapes from around the Attitude Era and those matches were always my favorite.

I actually have tag matches with Quinn and Cristopher on my old vhs,and one match Scott Taylor came in and whacked Quinn with his crutch,and Cristopher turned on him.That was the very beginning of Too Cool.

Golga especially, given how often he's in lists. Mr. Hughes doesn't make a lot of those. I rather liked him in WCW, more than here. I just never got Meat.

I could not possibly forget Tom Brandy. I worked a local NWA show in New Jersey. We could hear Tom Brandy's chops back in the locker room! Oddly enough, also on that show were Dwayne Gil, Stevie Richards, and the Headbangers.

I'll always remember Mr. Hughes since he threatened to beat me up when I was like 8 at a local indy show. In fairness, I heckled the shit out of his match with Doink ending in a time limit draw.

I remember Stalker because I'm a huge Windham fan and hated how he was being used. I also remember Brakkus' promo's and then him never showing up lol. Me and my friends one day were like, wait, wasn't there some jacked guy that was supposed to start wrestling soon? What happened to him? Gotta love Vince logic. One of the best wrestlers according to Ric Flair? Cut him. Big biceps!!! To the moon!!

The REAL reason why Tenta was Golga is actually because they were originally going to bring him back as Earthquake but he ended up losing weight. But yeah, familiar with all except Quinn. Bush. Stasiak & Putski, definitely 2 that couldn't get out of the shadow of their father's legacy. Definitely should do a video on those who couldn't get out of the shadow of their father's/relative's legacy.

Brakkus was in the documentary Wrestling with Shadows. Filming was taking place at the Hart family home while he was training with Bret and Bruce. Also, Brakkus was a member of the original Nation of Domination in USWA with PG-13 (J.C. Ice and Wolfie D) who sang "We Are the Nation" in WWF and accompanied Faarooq's entrances.

i remember the vast majority of these, It's odd you mention Golga (nobody ever forgot him he was a fan fav at the time) but you have forgotten his team make the giant. a true forgotten wrestler, Also the OTHER member of the Truth commission.. so forgotten even i can't remember his name.. he was one of the original members but only lasted a few weeks.. plus Recon and Sniper teams as Armageddon who i saw once on Shot gun (loved shot gun they need to bring it back)

The Giant Silva - one of the worst pro wrestlers in history The other Truth Commission member was Tank, a repacked and masked Mantaur. Let’s also not forget their original leader, the Commandant, before he disappeared without explanation and was replaced by recent new member the Jackyl, aka Don Callis.

I remember Bull Buchanan as a Big Boss Man clone, Right to Censor member, and as B-2, then B². I'd no idea he was one of those guys in The Truth Commission. Always learning. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Brakkus' first match on TV (well, O.K., on any TV I watched) was against Jesús, and "BRAKKUS VERSUS JESUS!!!" became a running joke with my friends for years afterwards. Which is undoubtedly the only reason I never forgot him.

yes I am aware of Kevin Quinn once I found out that Sunday Night Heat was available on the Network and saw the Too Much transformation into Too Cool. Also familiar with Tom Brandi FKA Salvatore Sincere due to looking up hilariously bad gimmicks.

Tom Brandi picked up The Patriot gimmick. And I saw Pantera live on RAW. 2 weeks after WM14. He and his partner, who I think was Aguila, were squashed by Undertaker and never had their match with Too Cool.

Mr. Aguila & El Pantera were stars in Mexico and yes both are way their prime they are still active in Mexico as independents.
