I swear this is the very same gypsy couple I filmed 3 years ago! They aren't homeless either..
From Sep 21, 2016 - • New Organized Panhandl...
Its obvious they are up to no good acting like they are traveling and "out of gas" except in this whole video they never stopped once! They did drive around the city a few times before finally heading towards Iron Mountain, MI where I expected they might but then.....
As I got near the Norway Spring I noticed they had pulled over to the side of the road in a very dangerous place, almost immediately a truck pulled up I think to offer assistance (This is what he says later when this panhandler chases him down).. As I zoom in it looks like the panhandler is taking pictures or something. Maybe on his phone. I couldn't tell. Shortly after they took off again, I thought I lost them until..
The panhandlers drove slow, I passed and then that truck did but these panhandlers got right on his bumper blowing their horn until he stopped. I stopped and what you see is what happened..
Note the Apple iPhone which my kids say is an 8.. Also he is wearing Under Armor shoes? GAP Shirt and she has a nice purse.. Must be making good buck scamming America one city at a time, eh?

I feel fir your family cause your out there wasting money stalking people from city to city. State to state that should be going towards food and stuff for your own family . Get a REAL JOB and support your family and stop worrying about what others are doing . You just mad cause it's not you people are giving their money to. Years ago I was homeless for awhile. I worked as a day laborer, collected cans and bottles. At times I ate food from trash cans. I never begged anyone. Not because I'm proud, but because I know that no one owes me anything.

The only reason that the children would be scared is because they are standing next to a busy road. The accent of the "father" was unique. I wonder what country he is originally from? California will give drivers licenses to anyone. Last summer, there were brothers from Romania(?) arrested in Wisconsin for installing skimmers at gas stations.

I seen a person I know today panhandling and I was shocked but he is on disability and is in bad health . I still talk to his wife as his wife and I where childhood friends . A sad sight he is crippling up like his mom did !!

A few years ago I was at a gas station pumping my gas. I see this lady drive up to the pump. I watched her struggle to get out of her car. She was disabled. She came over to me and asked me for $5 for gas. I gave her $20. She was soooo appreciative & gave me a hug. If I would of had more cash on me I would have given more. At that time I wasn't doing that great financially but it felt great giving what I had. I watched her drive away & noticed she didn't have dmv tags on her car & she was living in it. If she was to get pulled over, she would have lost her home on wheels. That broke my heart!

I just left my local grocery store where a family like this was panhandling out of the trunk of their minivan and I highly doubt they need money. I am in the wrong type of work.... I need to invest in children and a minivan. This seriously irks me.

Working the drive thru at fast food restaurants you see the saddest things ive seen many elderly people living in their cars and stuggling to get by. We need to take care of the elderly because one day if were lucky we will be them.

The ones doing it dishonestly ruin it for the truly desperate ones. I understand having your children with you but do they really need to be standing outside of the vehicle, lined up next to a busy roadway??? Parking on the side of the road or on the shoulder is endangering your children! Scaring your children yet both parents walk away from their children???

I wish I had a mini van that nice to drive my truck died this spring and I’m trying to replace it but I don’t want to give up the car I just paid off that is a 2010 . Truck that died is a 2005 . I want to save my hobby on beekeeping and take my bees to Florida but I will not stoop to panhandling !!!

When I lived in Las Vegas Valley, there were panhandlers in front of every suburban shopping center parking lot, or by almost every freeway exit traffic light. Name the gimmick, it was played. I noticed the same man in various parts of the Valley with similar signs. He'd apparently stay in one area until people recognized him, then move to a new location.

There a guy driving around where I live begging for money or food. Had two small kids with him, probably 1st graders or kindergarten, no mother with them with a used car dealer tag. Don't sound homeless to me if you can buy a car.
