I was a former homeless person, me and my wife but we fought like tooth and nail to work hard and nothing stop us from working hard and overcoming our drug addictions, me and my wife was sleeping in my van while working to save up, i never beg anyone for money at all. There is so many opportunities out there and most don't want to work.

There was a guy panhandling at a McDonald's here in CA. Had Texas plates on a newer model Lincoln Towncar. He'd disappear for weeks at a time. Had to have been going back and forth. Nearly everyone going through that drive through was handing him wads of cash because he kept a dog with him. I wouldn't doubt he was making $2k a week because this is in a more affluent area of LA. We called him out and even swayed someone that was about to hand over cash to him. He got mad as hell. Haven't seen him there since.

At least the group of beggars that used to come to be area at our Home Depot at least hey parked their fancy mini van their used to come around every Presidents week working their way from Walmart to Walmart eventually ending up in Iron Mountain, Michigan are not coming around anymore. I used to ask them to tell you Hello for me Jason. I mentioned you would be the one filming them at the Walmart in Iron Mountain, Michigan. They were not to happy about it. I used to film them getting fruit from the grocery store in the same plaza were they were pan handling. You have quite a few old videos of them. I can tell you that they could afford to stay in a local hotel. Also had their nice mini van and clothes. They also always had a full tank of gas even though the always held their sign stating they needed help and were out of gas. Go figure.

I saw one today when stopping off to Chipotle for lunch. He had a bicycle near the tree where he was panhandling and was standing in the median with a cardboard sign. He was also casually pacing back and forth while chatting on his phone. He didn't look disabled or malnourished and looked like he was perfectly capable of holding down a job. In my area, McDonald's is looking for workers and is willing to pay $18 an hour. Some panhandlers are just too lazy to work and would rather bum money of the people who work hard for their money.

Honestly we can't get mad at THESE people,, now the ones who give them $$ are the ones to blame because they should be smart and understand that THIS is why panhandlers keep doing this,,, and actually it's not our business what these panhandlers do... The others are to blame.

This just runs it for people that really need help. I had a guy come up to me at Wal-Mart one time and state he didn't have money for gas, while we were talking he opened a brand new pack of cigarettes and started smoking, I told him why don't you sell your cigarettes. The guy blew a gasket.

I'm going to grab a bunch of applications from my local Walmart, and when one of these beggars approaches my car door. They'll will never get a money from me, except an application for work. These people are despicable! We (my husband and I) are going to up your way during Thanksgiving, can we take you (and your wife) out to breakfast? We have dear friends that live in Iron Mountain. Offered many jobs, not one taker. Been down and out, never took a penny I didn't earn. Helped several folks out, most spent the cash on drugs and alcohol. Lived in a few States, different faces, same stories and same BS. In most instences, folks are where they are due to life choices. Some folks work to get a head, others will take whatever they can, while coveting everything they refuse to work for. And, no matter how bad things get, some folks don't have a rock bottom while breathing involuntairly.

For even when we were with you, this we commanded you: that if any would not work, neither should he eat. 2 Thessalonians 3:10 I get so tired of seeing my fellow Christians fall for these lying leeches that take their hard earned money and turn around and use it for drugs, alcohol and who knows what else. God commanded us that the only way to help these people is to not give to them, because by giving to them you aren't helping them just continuing to allow themselves to hurt. Even Jesus said if you give a man a fish he'll only eat for one day but if you teach a man to fish he'll never go hungry. These people are able bodied enough to stand out in the hot sun holding a sign which means they are more than able to stand in a store or a fast food place in air conditioning behind a cash register and work for what they want like the rest of us have to! The most needy people I know are the elderly, I have an 89 yr old neighbor who's currently in a nursing home undergoing physical therapy after suffering another stroke, I help her out as best I can when she's home. She's all the time needing things done or fixed that she is unable to do, but never once has she ever asked for any help, in fact trying to find out what she needs help with is hard because she doesn't like to be a burden on anyone. Last year I got her 100 gallons of heating oil thru a local charity that is set up for the elderly. Those we need to help are right around us, and they don't stand out on street corners with signs begging for money. The ones that stand out doing this notice they're all dressed in clean clothing, they all have bellies meaning they've not missed meals and therefore are not hungry, and as I said if they're able to stand out in the blazing burning hot sun with a sign then they are more than able to stand in air conditioning working the register at a store. Don't contribute to these crooks, instead if you feel called to help start in your own families or neighborhoods and find someone in need that's older or disabled.

I've been binge watching these hustlers or the lack there of lately. This is my first time leaving a comment on these panhandler videos. This is the first American i seen and for some reason it doesn't annoy me as much as the foreigners do. They are given so much assistance coming here and Americans don't. Even the silly Americans on welfare think they are getting something but its not much. All they can afford with their welfare is staying poor. I support these videos, and i hope he stays safe but honestly its not as entertaining when its an American.

Im deaf and homeless and not eligable for food stamps or ssi couse im deaf and in Tampa you can't panhandle couse it's illeagle for one and every intersection is filled with panhandlers most drive neer cars and dressed in designed close ( fakes ) . I've seen people driving $150'000 cars out panhandling how do you aford such a car but in need of money ?

Hi Jason, it’s Mindy from California. I was born in Michigan but I was raised in Silicon Valley. I’m in my 50s so I just really really I’m so proud and I’m so glad of what you know what you’re doing. They have put up signs at CVS Albertson’s which is a grocery store here you know target Walmart all the big places saying do not solicit do not give these people any money in front of Walmart they’re not there anymore or they would go pick in front of Costco that was like one of the covered ones because people seem to give a lot of money so people have gotten wires and I told him it’s not a race thing, these people live in very expensive every time we see them my friend and I would slowly trail behind them just to see where they would go. You know to speak her legs back and we find them living in a very expensive park Partman complex with an apartment gate fancy gate so the minimum rent start at almost $3000 a month 2800 their two bedroom to four bedroom with full amenities and a pool and steam room and everything very nice and they drive nice cars and they all the kids have the latest shoes iPads iPods leather jackets so it’s all bullshit they’re from Romania to the most hated country on the eastern bloc and these kids in Europe and this is not a racial thing people just put that out there OK But these kids are trained to take money pretty much right out of a man’s wallet and Europe.
