I just bought this car literally yesterday, and I'm in love! Rides great, is SOO quiet compared to my old car (07 BMW 530i) and coming from cars there is PLENTY of space! Awesome car and the safety features are definitely some of the best.

I'm from one year in the future and I just bought mine yesterday too! I absolutely love this car. I just spent an hour sitting in it pairing everything and adjusting my personal settings. This will be a long happy relationship.

Just bought one for the Wife in this exact spec. Extremely impressed, especially with the interior. It's a huge step up from Subaru's normal Fischer Price My First Car interiors.

I think it's safe to say we won't see the Subaru Crosstrek at Le Mans anytime soon. Love those squealing tires on the freeway ramp! I really want to get this car now.

I wish the crosstrek sport with the 2.5L had a manual transmission option. The non sport is so damn slow.

Nice design both inside and outside. How are the engines nowadays,will they hold up better than earlier when talking about head gasket failures or diesel models being completely blow-up due to crank bearing fail? Two of my friends have got bankrupt because of those broken engines.

Why did you push X mode multiple times while off roading? X mode only works at low speeds right?

It used to. Evidently, Subaru tweaked both modes to work at higher speeds.

Compared to the 2020 Outback XT, which one is more quiet? Which one has the better ride quality?

@@nonradar Nice. I have a 2020 Forester and test drove all of them before I made my decision. Thought the Legacy and Outback had the best ride quality and were the quietest. The Outback more so than the Legacy. The XT Outback will have more power than the Crosstrek (even 2021).

I hate cvts but what i hate more about it is imitating a transmission with gears defeats the purpose of it being a cvt and also why do they have paddle shifters? Maybe scooters should also have one.

Was enjoying it till the fool drives a brand new car for 30 seconds at 6k rpm. Best way to trash a brand new engine. Break it in first, and never hold 6k rpm just to be a idiot. If it bumps it passing someone for a few seconds that’s one thing. Driving in 2nd gear winding it out just to be dumb is ridiculous.

I would rather have Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2.4 more fun to drive, equally good if not better AWD, CVT has no fake shift programming, and no association with Subaru cultish customer base, cause how you describe ppl who preach to others on things like global warming(especially trough stickers) while driving Subie SUVCUVs, not superminis not EVs not hybrids but mediocre SUVs, it takes belief and morality that lets you condemn others for what you are doing
