A tip for all new Phatmoto owners, remove the rear wheel and clean the sprocket/disc bolts, now either replace them with 8.8 or 12.9 quality bolts or if you use the stock, blue thread lock and allow 24 hours of cure time. Otherwise you will fall victim to the dreaded loose/sheared bolt on the rear hub. If you catch it soon you can fix it, if not you'll destroy the rear hub. A timely tip from a 3 1/2 year Phatmoto owner.

This video was the first that came up with "Phatmoto all terrain 2022 Range Test". Does anyone know how far these would go without pedaling (Other than small assist pedaling)?

They're kind of neat but I definitely wouldn't spend over a $1,000 for something I can build for $400. Plus, a lot of negative reviews on these pre-made China dolls. Far better to build one with some American parts, specifically bearings and bolts.

Right. Now they're building bikes that resemble ebikes with a motor instead? How silly. It takes gas and its loud 😆 🤣 😂 Why?
