The Heath Riles BBQ crew traveled to Fargo, ND for the annual Scheels Outdoors BBQ University!
We led the crew through a brisket smoking training session, from trim to turn-in, using our favorite Heath Riles BBQ products and the trusty Traeger Grills Ironwood 885.
Proud of our two briskets - sliced for our turn-in box and served up some mouthwatering burnt ends and slices for people's choice.
