Welcome to Day 1 of this 7 Day Pilates Challenge! I’m so excited to dive into Pilates with you, as it’s become such an important part of my practice and really helped me to build so much strength and tone and shape my whole body. Today we are starting with a full body hourglass pilates workout that doesn’t need any equipment apart from a mat or a soft surface (you can optionally use ankle weights if you want to elevate the intensity🔥). This pilates series is definitely beginner friendly, and I really hope you will enjoy it to the fullest!

Thank you, Nicole! This was so fun. First time trying pilates. I was surprised by how time just flew by. Loved to feel the burn, but never thinking ooh when is this over.😄 I‘m excited for the next days.

Such a great class! Getting back into fitness this month and this is the perfect way to get back into it. I like doing more slow controlled movements rather than super fast ones so this was really great! Thanks Nicole! Can't wait for tomorrows video!
