Welcome to Day 1 of this 7 Day Pilates Challenge! I’m so excited to dive into Pilates with you, as it’s become such an important part of my practice and really helped me to build so much strength and tone and shape my whole body. Today we are starting with a full body hourglass pilates workout that doesn’t need any equipment apart from a mat or a soft surface (you can optionally use ankle weights if you want to elevate the intensity🔥). This pilates series is definitely beginner friendly, and I really hope you will enjoy it to the fullest!
