What's the difference between a straight bar victorian and a touch FL in terms of muscle activation/difficulty?

Straight bar victorian activates more triceps than touch

which do you think is harder, a dragon press or touch front lever?

I've not trained dragon press or any kind of reverse lean so personally for me, dragon press is harder

Not gonna lie , this is avery informative video...it cover aspects i didnt even think of such as strong biceps and yes many people focus on thei tricep but biceps play an important role here

Can I learn the planche with a limited elbow extension?

It would depend how limited the elbow extension is I would say, if its severe it may hold you back quite a lot but it may also be possible to increase your elbow extension range over time

I would say my range of motion is about 20 degrees less than normal.I have also been implementing some stretches for the elbow extension.Th e one thing though is that I would like to recover my extension faster.
