Not really man, it’s fine for a 30 day challenge but obvs these don’t correspond to reality. I’m not shaming u or anything, I do think it’s a pretty great result for a 30 investment on the skill, but it ain’t a good form one arm frontlever

i got a pretty decent oafl and the key to unlock it for me were one arm adv holds (to gain strenght), lots and lots of front lever pulls (i would recommend at least 10 in a row to train oafl) and loop/ no loop attempts. Anyway, just like any other advanced calisthenics skill, you should have a base strenght on previous figures to achieve it. The video concept is cool, but there is sooo much work to do yet to achieve a good one arm front lever. Same goes for me of course. I wish you a good progress

Awesome results! Well done! Regarding the soreness on the obliques, I've experienced the same when doing meat hooks. I think this is because the abs/obliques are really streched and contracted at the same time in this position. So, now I make sure to really warm my abs/obliques before doing this kind of moviment.

You got great results from the 30 day challenge, but in my opinion the form is just too off to be considered valid: break in the hips, bent legs and arms, too much curvature... From my experience and as it is somthing you observe in a lot of athletes, wait to get a really good foundation in pulling skills (like 10 pull ups to touch, no false combinations) and you'll get the OAFL in no time!
@TheJackedVegan
@TheJackedVegan Жыл бұрын
Appreciate the input bro, no way I’d get clean form in 30 days but definitely taking it as unlocked as I held over 5 seconds slight curve but not a meat hook anymore 🙌🏾 so this is just the beginning 👊🏾
