Looked like a pretty clean lift.

It was acceptable, but just couldn’t stabilize it at the top. I can do it for 2 reps now though lol. Thanks for the comment!

That was fantastic. Wasn’t a fail whatsoever.

Good lift man. That not a ‘fail’ just not lock out

lol i did a 225x2 push press like a year ago and when i locked out the second rep i lost balance and dropped they weight behind me haha
@demetriuscooksey71473 ай бұрын
Close my man. Looks like a little more core bracing and you'll control that weight at lockout all day long.

Oh KZfaq Algorithm! So now I will watch 7yo push press :D If you were placed barbell on shoulders in proper front rack position, push-phase would be way more efficient :)
@mikeyxtra673 ай бұрын
Yeah, the algorithm makes no sense, I also was recommended this 7yr old video when most of the videos I watch are just car repairs and reviews and watch movement rebuilding.

One thing i fear is getting old, reaching your peak maxes, the point to where your maxes start to go down, death, so scary, nobody knows what happens afterwards
@Swoleseph6 ай бұрын
Not scary for me. I have faith in Jesus & have been promised ever lasting life. My maxes don’t define me or complete me, but I’m grateful to have reached those milestones and will one day look back and be happy I did them. The point of reaching your strength goals isn’t just to say you can pick up the most weight, but that you can continue forward despite the challenges life throws at you. That you can adapt and over come.

There will come a day very soon where your accomplishments won't mean much.
