Hi Sophie ❤ I think it's so helpful when you talk during the Workout. It is also the perfect amount of talking. Enough tips to do the exercices really well but also not to much. I like it a lot! 😍🥰❤ I have to say that I enjoy it so much working out with you❤ you really do a great job!😃
