Brace the core and use easier variations of the exercise. You will feel it more in your abs. Hope this helps!

Trying this for a week Day 1✅ struggle a bit but over all I made it Day 2 ✅score but still made it Day 3 ✅very good I thought I was getting a bit better still feel the burn and it’s hard Day 4 ✅felt a bit easier but still hard Day 5 ✅my last day I felt more positive and would still like to continue doing this work

@@nuzhat4272 I've been doing this daily and I'm about 2 weeks in and I forgot about this comment lol! I've noticed than my stomach has looked way flatter near the top of my torso, while at the bottom nothing really happened. It's rlly good for upper abs but towards the bottom I didn't see any results. Thanks for reminding me lol!
