I’ve been going to the gym for a year one and I didn’t wanna do a begginers class, because… well, you know, ego. But gooood, I was literally BEGGING God for this to be over. But I did all🥰 that’s an advice for someone who it’s not used to pilates. Start at where you are, a beginner, and that’s okay 💛

The only thing about these exercises is that I've got arthritis in my right wrist and so these exercises aggravate my wrist😢
