I have to say, I’ve struggled to find workouts that are fun and I enjoy but I’ve loved every single pilates video I’ve done with you. So happy I found you! I’ve been searching for videos to complement my weekly in person classes which I’ve been doing for years, but every thing I’ve tried is a bit different to what I’m used to. Your methods and the way you talk through the exercises and encourage the student is very similar to my teacher yay! And now I’ve just looked at your website and wow! As an aside I loved the sounds of normal family life coming through at points in this video ❤❤❤

i'm trying to incorporate this workout into my daily routine; this one is MUCH harder than the 20 minute beginner one i was doing from your channel but improvement is difficult so i'm sticking with it!
