This HIIT workout is broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll do three exercises, three times through, using an interval structure of 35 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. We'll rest for about 75 seconds in between circuits. If you need longer, just pause the video.
These circuits are meant to get your heart rate up and really challenge you. You should feel pretty spent after each one! So that being said, if you're just starting out with a fitness routine or short on time, you could opt to complete just one or two of the circuits instead of all three.

-Marching Plank
-180 Squat Jumps

-Twisting Crunches

-Side Lunge Hop Switch
As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have a warm up on my channel (www.youtube.co...) and a low-impact, gentler version of it (www.youtube.co..., or you can do your own. Listen to your body and modify as needed, stopping altogether if something doesn't feel right. A proper cool-down is important, too! Take some time to stretch after this workout. This was great!! Loved it. Definitely recommend it made me sweat but it was a feel good workout!

This workout was so amazing! So challenging but quick, exactly what I needed this morning! I was wondering if you would ever consider sharing videos about your nutrition, what I eat in a day, that kind of thing! i've been doing "youtube workouts" for years -- this video is a GEM! truly - Nicole, you are so clear with your directions and multiple offers of the modification is just so accessible - often times it's shown once and then anyone doing the modification feels shamed by the social pressure of not doing the "whole workout" amazing- looking forward to finding more of your content

Congrats on 25k. I've been following you from your early blogging days and these workouts are the reason I continue to support you. The perfect mix of what I love (jump squats/jump lunges) with moves I need so I get better- push ups, crunches. Looking forward to seeing you grow further. But pretty please don't make us do a fifty minute workout when you hit 50k lol

just found your workout searching for HIIT workouts to change up my routine. Great workout, and I appreciate your emphasis on form. thanks and congrats on 25K - though now you're up to almost 32k! BTW, love your leggings; who makes them? Thanks again for the great workout!

It's actually the floor mat that came with our Peloton bike -- I like it for filming workouts because it's extra wide. :)

Sydney has great videos every day, but also Yvette Bachman once a week. In certain aspect, they are competitors, as fitness videos on KZfaq, but in other aspects, they are using different styles and character.
