This total body HIIT workout uses a 30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest structure. You'll go through a circuit of five exercises four times total. If you're short on time or newer to HIIT, you could opt to go through the circuit 2-3 times instead.
All exercises are bodyweight so no equipment is needed!
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
See 01:37 for a preview of the exercises and how to modify.
-Squat Jack Heel Click
-Shoulder Tap Plank Jacks
-High Knees
-Bottom-Half Burpees
-Speed Skater
As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have two on my channel:

These is the proper way to do HIIT. Same time on and off. But we need more of this! No equipment needed.

I did 2 full rounds, the third one I did half and slow. This is hell. But I'm sure I'll feel great afterwards (actually not so sure, but I hope so lol)

I've been workout for three years and I've done a lot of hiit workouts but I swear this is the hardest one. It's harder than50s on 10s off I swearrrrr😪😥😧🤐😨😣🤕😣😭
