This workout is broken up into four tabatas. In each tabata, I'll give you two exercises and you'll alternate between them using an interval structure of 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x8. This a total-body workout that packs a cardio punch. You'll need just 20 minutes to complete it.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
Tabata 1

-Hot Feet
-180 Squat Jump
Tabata 2

-Mountain Climbers
-Push Up to Low Squat
Tabata 3
See 10:47 for preview of exercises and how to modify.
-High Knees
-Jump Lunges
Tabata 4
See 15:40 for preview of exercises and how to modify.
-Star Jacks
-Bicycle Crunch Sit Ups
As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have this 5-minute warm up: www.youtube.co.... I also have a low-impact, gentle warm up on my channel (www.youtube.co..., or you can do your own. Listen to your body and modify as needed, stopping altogether if something doesn't feel right. I really, really, reeeeaaallly LOVE the way you do your videos, the previews,that modify options, the equipment you use like home furniture, the way you guide use, that you don't have music in the background so we can listen to you better. I really loved your videos thank you!!!!! I find them very easy to follow.

I did this following a Sydney Cummings power sculpt for 45 mins so this was intense. But I’m noticing my endurance has def built back after having baby #4 in March bc I’m able to get through with good form and intensity and not die in pain or exhaustion 👍🏻
