When I looked at the time and realized it was more than an hour before my alarm normally goes off, I knew it meant I’d have time for this routine, the longest of my morning stretching videos (yes, “relaxed evening” also mean “slow morning”). Thanks for so much great content! “Essentially, we’re gonna lie here, and we’re gonna breathe.” I appreciate this method of waking up.

yay! I've been doing the previous one 4-5 times/week. and it improves the quality of my sleep tremendously apart from some flexibility gains. super happy to see a new version!

Oh my god, I was so much more flexible at the end of it... I never managed a hero’s pose before today. Have to say got scarred of how to get out it! Thanks 😊

After a e-dance workout, it was surprisingly super relaxing. And I never knew I could try the pancake from my sofa. It's like my least favorite position because I never got better at it (I've been super stiff almost my whole childhood/teenagehood), but today I felt how practicing it could feel good and relaxing. Thank you so much !!

The modified pike with the arms wrapped around the thighs to slowly extend the legs is my new favorite stretch! Feels so good when I breathe deep into it. Feels even better when I tilt my head side to side. THANK YOU!

Got lavender and lime diffusing, while cooling down after a long mucky day. Gonna turn in early tonight and this has put me in the mood for sleep! As always Mr. Merrick, you’re a super star.

It was all good except for the pancake, I couldn’t even get my legs to stay straight, let alone bend over onto something. That felt like an advanced stretch thrown into a beginner mix. Still, thanks for putting this together!
