I miss the superior split screen capabilites of Samsung after switching to V30 in 2018. It's time to upgrade to another phone and it looks like for me it's going to be either the note 9 with its headphone jack and wonderful features or the LG v50 with its also great quad DAC and it's a dual screen which could be great. But it will come down to battery life for me. If the note 9 has better battery life than the atrocious battery life off of Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S6 than I would take Note 9.

I still don't get everyone's problem with the notch. That vertical space must be used for cameras and such, therefore it's either a big forehead or a notch. The notch option increases usable screen space.

Xs max is faster and has a better battery life than note 9, for headphone jack, u can buy wireless headphones, and notch Isn’t a problem, it increase screen

This is just the tip of the iceberg. The note 9 can do so munch more. I've seen a full android application deployment scenario! All done on the Note 9 via Dex. You can literally use it like a normal PC.

By doing so, it will help me to utilize most of the features and become comfortable using them, AND, I won't have the crushing urge to get the next gadget offered because it's the next in line. I got three new phones this year with Note 9 being the last and I am thinking I won't have a need to replace it at least for the next 4 to 5 years. That's my hope, at least, unless they come up with something else really crazy and I cannot help myself.

For #34 I gotta disagree, the Face ID is currently the best option for face recognition Iris scanner can't be used if you have glasses while Face ID works. Intelligent Scan in the other hand works better but still not as fast as Face ID

I use BX Actions to remap the Bixby button. When I double-press, it toggles the flashlight, extremely useful, no need to unlock the phone to turn it on when you need it. And long press toggles between silent/vibrate/sound, basically implementing the vibrate switch from the iPhone (that's the beauty of Android, if there's a feature your phone doesn't have built-in, you can probably add it in a way or another)
