Just some advice to people who are new to working out. Don’t stop at specific amounts of reps, go to failure/near failure. That’s where muscle hypertrophy comes in (muscle growth). This is body weight so it’s different, but for weights, chose a weight that you can do 6-12 reps with before failing. Once you can do 10 for all the sets you’re doing, up the weight and repeat when you get to the 10-12 range. Best of luck to everyone bettering themselves

If you're overweight and struggle with skull crusher pushups, you can do skull crushers with an EZ bar. Lay on your back, hands close together on the bar with fingers facing away from you, then bring it to your head and bring it back up.

When I do diamond push ups my elbows and arms do a crack noise. It doesn't hurt but I am worried that I might hurt them. Any help on preventing this would be appreciated
