Welcome to this 30 minute all standing Cardio HIIT Workout. You don’t need any equipment for this workout, not even a mat. This is a full body workout with a heavy focus on cardio movements that will get you sweating and burning fat. You can expect to burn up to 500 calories with this routine. When you are ready, grab a towel and let's do this!

This looked easy when I was doing my lil pre workout watch but baybeee... kicked my ass. Loved it. The perfect example of low impact and high intensity can't wait for do more of your workouts!

Great workout, I had 128 bpm average and 398 calories, so nice for a 30 minute all-standing workout. A couple of the jumping jacks required a lot of concentration as the high knee jacks required though and the hip twist one I just couldn't do so I am glad you showed the alternative toward the end.

I wanted to do something a little less hardcore after my caroline girvan workouts today. This was great. Just difficult enough that I liked it but didn't quit from being too tired. I loved the all standing as well. Thank you for a great video.
