I used to lift for 12 years. I saw little changes here and there. I started working out with you and it was then that I started seeing real change! Just so everybody knows I did not get big, but I did get a lot more define than before. And that’s what I wanted! Thank you man, keep shining!

Thank you Oliver! I've started doing your workouts daily for the past 12 months and managed to reduce my body fat a great deal. It has become part of my daily routine now, as an attempt to be a healthier person. Your channel is awesome, i like that you don't have long intros or bullshit and just get straight to the workouts. Nice workout. Not a high calorie burner, I only burned 163 active calories, and my heart rate didn't go up much, but it was odd on the side pushup my dominant arm (right) felt it more than my left arm in the shoulder. That was unexpected.
