Couldn't do the burpee move, either version, so did my own version and still worked up a great sweat and feel happy I got through it. In my late 60s so have to be careful! Thanks for yet another great workout. You two are so inspirational!

I wish I could do these exercises, but i have an unfortunate problem with my thighs. No matter how much warming up and cooling down i do, if i do anything resembling squats or lunges, i am guaranteed not to be able to walk properly for at least 2 days after...😂

do you mean quads the front of thighs as i used to have this issue but now i just squeeze my bum or backs of my legs doing lunges instead of the front taking over. imagine your bum and backs of legs doing the work switch on those muscles and you will feel it less at the front

also lean forward a bit more so the glutes do the work and not the quads
