Let's work on slimming down the waistline with this 30 Min Daily Flat Belly Workout! If you're a fan of STANDING ABS workouts, you're going to love this one! This flat belly workout is perfectly suitable for beginners as it involves no jumping, no squats, and no lunges. It will however make you sweat and feel the burn in your upper abs, lower abs and your obliques.
All you have to do is engage your core by keeping your tummy tucked in while performing this 30 min STANDING ABS routine.
Let's get SUPER ABS with simple standing exercises anyone can do! This workout will make you sweat while targeting the entire core from a standing position. Get a smaller waist by creating a calorie deficit and incorporating specific exercises that will tone the waistline.
This workout is low impact, all standing, and apartment friendly! It's quiet and can be performed in small spaces. You can do this workout for 14 days and create your own standing abs challenge, to help you include more core work in your routine! This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline. Make sure you keep your abs tight (pulled in) throughout this entire workout, and focus on feeling every exercise in the core!

Hi! I've been meaning to comment about this and here I go....what's the deal with another youtuber having a VERY similar channel as you (thumbnail, exercises, etc.)? I very much enjoy your workouts and, to be honest, I had been "tricked" a few times thinking this other youtuber was you (I realized it quickly but still..). Of course, there is nothing wrong with supporting multiple youtubers but I'm bothered by copycats. Maybe this isn't the case and I was hoping you can shed some light. You do a great job with your workouts and I enjoy them thoroughly. Thank you for what you do! 🙂

hi burpee i love your workout vedios and i need to download offline all your vedios so i could track my excercise vedios everyday...so i know what work out vedios is next.... i love it very much because i can keep up with your excercise because i have a difficult in breathing so i search a excercise that fits for me and so far i keep up with your vedios and it helps me breath just fine....and im in the 10th day of doing your excercise vedios...
