Just wonderful, I have been researching "extreme yoga for beginners" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Fonylan Inconceivable Future - (should be on google have a look )? It is a good exclusive product for discovering how to get your sexiest body without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

Anyone that says Yoga isn't a workout hasn't done this one! Dripping sweat, LOVE IT. I do SBY every single day and I love that I don't need to look at the screen. Wonderful narration without a bunch of babbling extra stuff. THANKS!

@@Dial32 depends on endurance really. Some people naturally have more short amounts of strength, which is great for muscle tone. And some have more endurance, which is required in yoga, which is great for lean bodies. Both bodies are in shape, but not all types of workouts are easy.

@SIMRAN S Yoga is difficult for me, but I do not have great endurance. I can bench 160 pounds, and squat 400 all day, but endurance is not my strong suit, yoga, hiking, running, all that.

OMG when you say it's intense, you mean it! I couldn't do all the poses in this video, but I look forward to coming back to this one again and again until I can. Love the way you guide us through the poses and how encouraging you are - it makes it so much easier to be gentle with myself even when I can't get through everything. 💕

Started doing yoga about 2 months ago now, I went to a Wounded Warrior Project retreat they had us do nite yoga and it helped me sleep and waking up I didnt feel so tight. I have been doing Sarah Beth Yoga almost every day now, I feel strong, have less pain every day and can keep up with my kids. Awesome job on these videos I have tried a couple other yoga channels and always end up back here there organized and well recorded and very informative. THANK YOU!!!

Unless people ACTUALLY do this pose (downdog into leg left into ab crunch) I dont think anyone can comprehend how incredible of a cardio workout that pose is! Your heart rate will get jacked up doing this

perfect. I love this sequence. It is amazing to me that after so much yoga I still get lazy in poses. I think it is the least path of resistance that's why I need a your skilled guidance. I've been doing these exercises every day. I've realised this sort of exercise is much better for your body as you're getting older. No stress on your joints and keeps you flexible.

This is truly an amazing workout! This is the perfect combination of intensity and relaxation after a rough day. I've never found a online workout with such great explanation of breathing during the workout. I felt this workout so much more because of the explanation. I found SaraBethYoga after giving birth to my first child and her postnatal yoga workouts were great. She truly has yoga workouts for every part of life. Great job and keep them coming!

I love this video because I feel every muscle burn. It also stretches out the stiff muscles and helps you cool down your breathing after each intense posture. I watch this video at least once a week!

This was such a great yoga sequence! I did yoga last year as a part of my PE class, and I stopped after the class, but I loved the yoga a lot, I just never had time to do it. And then last night, I thought to myself I want to do some yoga. So I searched up, Yoga workout, and this is the first one that popped up, so I started it and loved it! I will definitely be doing this practice way more often and do more of your yoga videos. Thanks for a great sequence and a great KZfaq channel!

Coming from a very sedentary person, this practice is killer. I finally got the hang of the poses and I'm doing them to the maximum, so I'm sweating A LOT. But everytime I'm done, I swear that every ache and pain in my body is gone. Thank you :)

Namaste Sarah Beth! I wanted to let you know, I found your video's when Covid took me out of my yoga studio and back home. I love the assortment of videos and the simple categorization. I am a therapist and since working from home, with so many individuals who are also spending time at home and away from their gyms, studios and normal coping strategies. I can't thank you enough for your wonderful videos. I was doing yoga videos at the gym to get me motivated after 30 years of NO YOGA! Now at 60 with arthritis, bunions (that REALLY mess with my balance :( ), scoliosis and stenosis in my spine hahaha I'm so grateful to be able to do this in the comfort of my own home. I absolutely love this yoga workout. I feel so much stronger, and it made my neck pain so much better. I have upper extremities injury, but this workout not only reduced the pain, but it also made them stronger. Thank you! .

Hello! I love your yoga videos, such clear instructions that are easy to follow even though English is not my first language. I am a middle school teacher on sick leave. I struggle a lot with anxiety and stress at times and find leaving my house hard. Your yoga videos help me step by step to regain that peace of mind that I have lost. I can also practice yoga at home which is a huge relief. I feel that the yoga is helping me to get closer to my goal to get well again. I don't know if you will ever read this, I just want to say thank you for helping me get back on track again. It is hard but I won't give up.

Loved how this session packs it all - the stretches and the core-strengthening moves - in a well-balanced flow. Felt so natural going from one pose to another just like breathing in and breathing out. Making it intensive just adds up to the beauty of this yogic sequence. Couldn't have asked for more! I would like to thank you for your wonderful efforts. Your calm voice, the soothing music in the background, your clear and calm demonstration and instructions, and your thoughtful words make my yoga experience undoubtedly wonderful. It was definitely tough but as you say, "It is through the discomfort and challenges that we grow". I felt inexplicable feeling of satisfaction after doing this intense yoga session. I love this routine. I find it quite challenging but each time I do it, I feel my body has become stronger than the last practice. I like to do one of your 15-minute full-body stretches before this one. Love the pace and simplicity of your dialog. Thank you, Sarah!

This is a power class indeed. But absolutely doable for intermediate level. Very nice "composition". I absolutely thought that I couldn't do the second set of side plank and collapsed on the mat. And then I saw Sarah Beth doing the easier modification. It would have been nice to mention it. So now I know, no problem. I just have to remember. 😉 Thank you, Sarah Beth for this strong class. 🙇‍♀️❤️

Hi Sarah Beth. Through your videos I now started to hop to the front of the mat when before I stepped forward. Believe it or not I have been doing yoga for many years but never had the courage to try because I was afraid I would accidentally step on my hands when I land. I know this is a small win to most people but this means a lot to me. I want to thank you for this.
