✨ The Workout: 30-Minute Full Body STRENGTH Pyramid Workout✨
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells. I suggest 8-20 lb dumbbells. We're using 15-20 lb dumbbells for this workout.
► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 5 Exercises
✔️ Performed in a Pyramid Format:
1️⃣ Set 1: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
2️⃣ Set 2: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds and then move 2 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
3️⃣ Set 3: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds, and then move 2 for 30 seconds, and then move 3 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
⭐️ Continue this stack-on, pyramid format until you complete moves 1 through 5. Then you have the option to go back down the pyramid in reverse order, dropping off move 1, then move 2, then move 3 and so on.

1️⃣ 2 Deadlifts + 2 Squats
2️⃣ 2 Bent Over Back Row + Clean + 2 Shoulder Push Presses
3️⃣ 2 Squat Snatches + 2 Push Ups
4️⃣ 2 Reverse Lunges + 2 Bicep Curls
5️⃣ 2 Skull Crushers + 2 Leg Lowers

Loved this! Love you for many reasons, the first of which is that you are unashamed of the gospel and you share how you gain strength from worship. I’ve been doing them for 3 years, went from 8lbs to 15lbs and if it weren’t for your high energy and motivation I wouldn’t be “physically” where I am today. So thank you so so much. As someone who is now 4 months postpartum, I credit your workouts as the reason I was able to workout and move around a bunch up to the day before I gave birth, and as to why I recovered so well and quickly after I gave birth so thank you!!

Writing this the day after because my whole body is sore!!!! I love how you challenged us to increase our weights, I did the first few with 17.5lb and then dropped to 15lb and its a bloody good job I did because I can barely lift my 6 month old today because I'm so sore!!! What an awesome workout :)

11 weeks postpartum from baby #3, trying to heal my DR and L leg PHT injury and not feel self conscious about still appearing pregnant. This workout made me feel like an athlete again. Thank you!! I think this is my new favorite full body work out! I love combining the moves! I am almost ready to go up in weights for my biceps and this was a great way to practice and build some strength with heavier weights, while not having to do curls the whole 30 seconds! I am an elementary school teacher and a Christian. This is my third year of doing your workouts every Monday to Friday. You motivate me to get out of bed! This is by far my favorite pyramid on NML! So stinking challenging and I love the 30 minute length for busy mornings. I get my heart rate up and strength training in and my arms always feel like I can hardly lift them after :)

This was a bangerrrrr for so many reasons!!! The pyramid itself was a BEAST- in an amazing way! Lindsay’s motivation and transparency is fantastic! At 22 weeks pregnant, I definitely needed some extra motivational push this morning!! Thank you for this workout and I will for sure save to do again!!

first time commenter: you are a miracle worker lindsey - so full of light and love and inspiration. you inspired me to start workout with the 20 lb. i did the entire workout with them. first time. (had only been using for squats and deadlifts before). i am 14 years post partem (ha ha). love you love what you do for all of us. you are a light of grace, strength and beauty. thank you xoxoxo

Wow!!! I just cranked this out on my lunchbreak and feeling so good for it. So quick and effective! Managed to use 2 x 15lbs for the majority of the moves but moved to 2 x 10lbs for the lunges/ curls and skullcrushers/leg lifts. Did all press-ups from my toes!! Feeling amazing, and even better - just shared this with my mum as she loves quick and effective workouts. Thank you!!

Wow I went up the pyramid with 20lb weights for the 1st and push ups from my toes… not so much on the way down but it’s a big win..started at 5lbs a year and half with you!! Thank you so much!! Now onto my pull up journey … still on the hangs but you give me the motivation. So grateful!

This was awesome! I have done all your pyramid workouts so far and they all are pure fire! You are doing so great post baby #3! My babies are 11 and 14 now and I wish I had inspiration and encouragement back when they were tiny. What a breath of fresh air you are ❤ thank you for the time and work you put in! Maybe you could put together a routine using complexes sometime? Those are very challenging as well.
