Knowing that you had a Caesarian as well makes me feel more comfortable doing this! I'm super terrified of my incision opening up, which is stupid because its completely healed :p I'm just super paranoid because giving birth was my first ever surgery and my first time in hospital! Thank you so much for making this!

Dear Emmi, I am the same - super paranoid about that. I also had Caesarian , first time experienced surgery.. Hey, we should sincerely look after ourselves. Recently started to learn how to get more resistant to things like that, it's life :) ...Its so hard to learn, but physical workouts and books for our minds by Eckhart Tolle - real help ;)!

Totally refreshing to find pre and post natal workout videos that are hard enough when your use to working out but not totally obsessed with over doing it , great healthy attitude to exercise before after a baby thank you.

Thank you for making this video! I recently discovered your short kettle bell work out and happened to stumble upon this one today. I had my 5th baby almost 4 months ago and while I am eager to get my body back to normal, I also want to take things slowly and build up my strength and endurance. I've made the mistake of jumping into a few too-intense workouts too soon only to totally wear myself out so that the next day I was too tired. I have been looking for the right balance of doing something good for my body without putting too much strain on myself that I don't have any energy left for my kids. I'm looking forward to seeing your future post-natal workouts.

I really love this video... my baby is 6 months and I've been searching for a good exercise channel but every one I found made me feel bad about myself because they were so much more advanced and this you are the first I have found that seems like a REAL person just getting back into their exercise plus with having a csection I feel like I can relate alot more to. thank you so much!

There are a few ideas for losing weight naturally Ensure you consume plenty of fruit and vegetables. research simple exercises online Become a member of a local class (I read these and why they work from Bell train blueprint website )

I did this work out foe the 1st time yesterday after a 8 week postpartum.. and i have to say i thought it was going to do much but this morning i woke up with workout aches which i miss.. gave me that motivation to keep it up.. i also did your pregancy work outs and they keept me moving speacialy during the pandemic ... thank you amy for this wonderful ,motivating and self loving work outs 🙏❤

Hi Amy, thank you so much for your help and assistance. I recently had baby number 6, 7weeks ago and researching for a decent, steady and realistic approach to postnatal workouts is not that easy. My diastasis recti worsened a lot from baby number 3, 4 & 5 as I had them close together and did not have the right mindset to look after myself holistically. You provide a safe environment that makes for a great connection with your KZfaqrs. I’ve shared the link to this video on my Instagram as I’m sure there are plenty of mums ladies out there that aren’t correctly healing or strengthening their DR properly. Thank you again. I’m day 2 in to repeating this work out. Will follow this until I feel strong enough to step up to the next level. 🥰🥰🧘🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️🤰🏻

This is a great workout for new mums. My baby is almost 5 months and I was putting off exercising because I was afraid I was going to be able to keep up. I regret not trying this sooner! Taking it easy and feeling like you’ve done a proper workout!

I have just completed this workout at 12 weeks post c-section. I was a bit nervous about exercising again as due to illness throughout my pregnancy I was unable to do any. This workout is great though and Amy makes you feel completely at ease with your ability no matter what level you are starting at.

I know this is 4years old but this was the perfect exercise for me today. Im 6 and a half weeks and wanted something light weight but also postnatal and im so glad to have come across this. Love this video and your kind, compassionate personality. One suggestion. Many people don’t know how to activate their TA muscles. Until about two weeks ago I didn’t either until a pelvic floor PT showed me. It may be helpful to show folks how to do it or point them to another resource. Some of the TA exercises that you showed like heel slides, marches are only effective when a correct TA contraction is in place

Excellent. Not overwhelming. Your a wonderful teacher. I'm going to try this workout out tomorrow morning. As a mom of a 5 months old & 2 1/2 old toddler. The 5 month old is slowly getting on the same routine although I never seem to know the best time to do a workout. Any advice on this? Also what motivates you to workout?

I’m almost 9 weeks out and this was only the second time I worked out. I’d say the difficulty level for me was medium. I had the most difficultly with the lunges but that was always my weakness before baby. I really enjoyed working out though and will add into my mommy schedule

Amy! Hopefully you read this :) I wanted to say thank you! I did your prenatal workouts (adding resistance bands) throughout my pregnancy and I was literally in the best shape of my life! Unfortunately I had to stop working out in my third trimester because I had too much relaxin in my body.. (I would have to grind my teeth and hold my breath just to flip over in bed - everything hurt so bad.) I'm 7 weeks out from my c-section and I've been doing your post natal videos for the last week! I can really feel my muscles working! So excited to get back into the best shape of my life! (I need to so I can pick up my 30lb kid and lift my 12lb baby while she's in her car seat!) You're the best! Thanks, Amy :)

BodyFit By Amy Congrats! I also followed some of your workouts while pregnant with my second child. She is now 10 weeks. I had lost all the bany weight and 5 lbs more even so fast after baby...but now i have gained some back for no apparent reason. I want to bust a workout so hard like i use to but i know my body is still healing. Thanks for the encouragement in this video! I am going to start following your postnatal videos. One question.. I found 12 postnatal videos..what kind of schedule would you suggest? How many times a week should i workout "with you"? Thanks 😊

Of course I think it's great that you make the effort to shoot it and put it online. 2 improvement pages. no longer speak, write that you need dumbbells and change the text. this is really a workout for freshening up the birth. it's too easy. thanks for your effort
