Loved it.. as it's a combination of dance plus floor exercise. It would have been better if u had added voice while doing floor exercise, as I always had to turn to the mobile n see what ur doing.

Just did this workout, wow that was a workout !!! I am so happy I found and subscribed to your channel. I needed a change in my workout regimen. I already did a dance workout too on your channel. I actually started my weight loss journey 3 months ago and have lost 31 lbs !! Dropped 4 pant sizes ! I have hit a plateau so I am happy to have found your channel !! It is a great workout.
