Shea, you can communicate your messages without using a naked or semi-nude thumbnail. It's inappropriate and you know it. It also doesn't help when it's something important like this and I want to refer people to the video (because it's meaningful) but I can't since am exposing them to a pornographic woman before they access what's really important - the actual message. Would you portay yourself naked? No. Would you want your sons exposed to pornography? No. So why promote pornography? The world of pornography & the exploitation of girls and women is wrong. Thank you for the meaningful content you put out but consider respectful thumbnails to go with the videos ❤.

Add a few drops to your shampoo. I have long hair so three drops - eliminated the itchy spot on the back of my scalp and keeps the ends from splitting. Then i add several drops to my body wash and soap up. Last i add a few drops to each pump of body lotion and apply as usual. My age spots are fading, my eczema is healing, my feet look great and my face has reduced lines. My nails are getting less brittle. Aged 60.

I had pancreatitis in 2020 and was in ICU for 2 wks from severe reaction to the antibiotic ciprofloxacin. My nervous system and gut were damaged and I did not get out of bed for a year. Then I got Covid-Delta and suffered with long covid in top due to my immune system already being so injured. It has been a slow healing journey and I have had chronic pain since with my guts. So I got onboard either the castor oil pack. I have been pretty steady with it, and guess what….i have no pain, near normal digestion, and I can eat more foods now than I’ve been able to without having inflammatory response. It’s really good stuff.

I started using castor oil for hair growth about a month ago. I gave up trying to wash my hands afterwards so just started rubbing it into my hands. I am a transcriptionist as a profession and type for 8 hours a day. I also have arthritis in my hands. I noticed after about a week that my hands no longer were stiff and by the second week they no longer hurt at the end of the day. I can type faster and longer before having to take a break, and when I do take a break, I wrap my hands in in castor oil mittens for 10 minutes, put my hands under my arms and let them get warm. I'm good to go then for another session of typing. Another benefit is my hands look really nice.

I'm 66...broke my wrist. Even after 3 months of OT, I could not make a fist when I woke up from a night's sleep. I started putting castor oil on my entire hand and wrist then slipped on a thin plastic glove (like from a hair coloring kit) and slept with it all night. The next morning I was ecstatic when I could easily make a TIGHT fist plus rotate my wrist with less discomfort! That was a week ago. I'm still doing it most nights and am pleased with the continued results! Also, I read somewhere that castor oil breaks down scar tissue! ALSO: I've learned that our body starts its cleaning up process between 9pm and 10pm. It continues until around 3am, according to the medical sleep studies. That said, I've tried to get to sleep earlier to get more "clean-up" time....not just on my body, but also on my brain! (Your brain refiles" and "reorganizes" your daily data each night while you sleep! My early-to-bed friend is delirious with joy...because she's been concerned how she's constantly forgetting things for the last 2 years, but going to bed early has helped so much! She's planning on putting aluminum foil on her bedroom windows when spring/summer comes.

Thanks! Love the video! Awesome info! I started using Castor oil a couple months ago, but a blogger I follow recommended dampening the skin first to help absorption...wow! That really help! I rub a damp (NOT dropping wet, just a little damp!) wash cloth over whatever I'm adding the oil to. Huge difference. The oil no longer just sits on my face forever before absorping in. It actually sinks in to my skin much faster! Just a thought!

Im becoming an acupuncturist ( aka a dr in oriental medicine with a concentration on herbology) . In my first year of school I was diagnosed with an 8cm ovarian cyst, they ( the gyno) wanted to do surgery but I wanted to try to see if i could heal it naturally. I did a number of things so i cant fully contribute my success to the castor oil but I did do everything I knew possible to shrink the cyst. so I did the castor oil packs along with frankincense herbs, adjusting my diet managing stress and acupuncture. after 3 months I revisited the dr to get my second ultra sound and it was completely gone. it has now been a year and 4 months and I havn't had another cyst issue since.

25 years ago I used a mascara that left me without eyelashes; I was desperate, so I remembered that my grandma had told me that vegetable oils help heal anything in the body, so I made a mixture of castor oil, olive oil, and sweet almond oil (coconut oil wasn't famous yet) and used the concoction the following nights. It took only 5 nights for my lashes to come back! Now at 50's I will use castor oil since I have way more things to fix me, starting with my eyesight and inflammation. Thanks for all your advices!

40 years ago, when I was a student of the wonderful Edgar Cayce material, his readings provided so much information about natural therapies. One he so often recommended for any number of ailments was castor oil. This was well over 100 years ago. As I approach the age of 70, and my once gloriously thick long wavy red hair is really thinning, I am going to try castor oil on my scalp and in my shampoo. Thank you for these recommendations!

My crepy skin is 100% I was born and raised on a tobacco farm so needless to say my skin has so much damage....well it is soft and I dont look like a lizard! I also use on my face...eyes look tighter....eyelashes are long! My dogs caused me to fall down 5 steps and I face planted on concrete patio...scars are gone. Added benefit I dont wake up with a stiff shoulder due to broke collarbone. I do not suffer from dry eyes which is so nice because I can now wear my extended wear contacts. You won me over with your first video!! I have a wonderful family doctor who says go it which is so nice since 95% of the medical professionals have gone to pot.

My husband has a lot of moles on his back. A dermatologist has checked them all out and determined that they are nothing to be concerned about. But he recently "grew" two that were pretty gnarly...both were quite raised, about the size of a woman's middle finger nail. One had a reddish color to it, the other brown. Both had crusty "scabs". I started putting castor oil on them. I am SERIOUS...within 2 weeks, both were GONE. There is only a barely noticeable discoloration where they were (and only I would be aware of that because I'm the one who saw them every day), but the skin is completely flat and clear of an sign of a mole! Amazing! AND, I had two rather small whiteheads on the side of my nose. But they too were raised. Within about the same timeframe, they have gone completely flat and I expect them to disappear before long.

My grandchildren have suffered with horrific eczema which doctors just shrugged at and said to use creams on. Which made it much worse. For two it was liver damage after vaccines. They were blistered and bloody. Doctors laughed and said there are no side effects to the childhood routine pokes. I had my daughter put her children on the carnivore diet. That's when the doctors flipped out. She quit going to doctors and kept on the strict diet. Their skin started to calm down. 4 years later their skin is better, but it's going to be a life long battle. The vax's left my granddaughter reactive to eggs. Neither child can eat grains. The other two react to corn. The slightest amount causes immediate skin and mood reactions.

I finally got rid of eczema after decades by not bathing in Dove Soap, sticking to natural soaps from the health aisle. I also found I was allergic to almond flour, almonds. Just recently I found Sally Norton's videos on oxalates in foods, where almonds is one of the top 3 foods causing eczema. Her research is in the book "Toxic Superfoods" to help lower the oxalates in the body. The Carnivore or Keto or even Atkins diets are good and check the low oxalate food lists as far as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc. Good luck. One more thing is the new Smart washing machines which don't use hot water or even have an agitator. I trashed a new LG washer because I was coughing that whole year. The safest machine is an old fashioned Speed Queen, a T1000 or something like that. Definitely the T series. Oxalates are poisons naturally in food and used in cleaning products like laundry detergent. Hope this helps.

Hi Shea, I have been using CO for about a month. I have tried CO across my eyelids & around my eyes & my dry, itchy eyes are SO much better, I don't reach for eyedrops every 2 hrs. I add it to body lotion, face cream & it works great on my dry feet. I put it in my belly button every nite before bed for digestive issues. But what really amazed me is how much it has helped with urinary incontinence. I wasn't even using for that reason but I realized 'the urge to go' hasn't happened!!!!!! I no longer have to revolve my day around the nearest restroom. Not making a medical claim, this is just what happened to me. Thank you!!!!

I got rid of a callus under my foot by deep massaging with castor oil and then putting gauze with castor oil on it and bandage overnight. Scartissue after operation, also deep massage it. Heals shallow wounds quickly and scar goes away quickly (this is all my own experience in less than a year of learning about castor oil) Sunburn - noticed I was pealing, after 2 days of applying castor oil I forgot I ever burnt. I put it on my scalp, on my face and neck after moisturiser, over my eyes. No more dry eyes. Lashes are growing. Healed nail fungus, and do you you know how tough those are? Helps for constipation - drink 1 to 2 tsp at night and then a cup of black tea. I'm treating a hemmoroid with it. In fact I'm going to rub some in my ear now for ear-ache. I'll probably remember more after I send. I don't think there's anything it does not help for. Love it

A bumpy wart started growing right behind the bottom of an ear lobe. It was a dry rough-topped growth that seemed to become larger over a few weeks time. I began picking-scraping the surface followed by an application of castor oil and iodine. This treatment went on daily for about 2 weeks. It began reducing in size until it was so little and so loose that I picked it off. G O N E !!! No point of return. Also, CO has stopped pronounced lower back pain that wouldn't cease hurting. Finally, I made a CO compress secured with a lower-back elasticized back brace, wore it overnight with pain gone by the following morning. I continued to wear it that day though the pain was gone, as a little "extra insurance". The back pain of months ago has never returned. If it should, I know for sure it will face its demise with Castor Oil.

I’ve been using Castor oil for 4 months and seriously impressed with the various ways to use it and how it’s helped with my overall health…especially with my face in reducing fine lines & puffiness under my eyes, helps protect, moisturize, detox & heal my skin all over. I’ve used it on a rash under my arm and it eliminated it. I even used it on a hemorrhoid & it shrunk it. It even helps with growing your eyelashes. When I rub it on under and on top of my eyelids before bed, I also rub it on my eyelashes and just noticed the other day how long they’ve gotten & didn’t have to put on so much mascara. I didn’t need to buy one of those eyelash applicators, I just rubbed it in with my finger tips. The health & beauty care industry is going to lose so much money when people start using this as an alternative to some of their expensive products since this one is natural and inexpensive. Imagine how much wasteful plastic packaging we can also reduce, too. All I do is refill my glass amber droppers & containers when my own homemade Castoff oil products run low. I’m also reading an amazing book about Castor oil called “The Oil That Heals” and it’s mind blowing what this oil is capable of. ❤

@@veggied4lifeIf you are highly allergic be careful! There are irritating natural chemicals in castor oil that are removed with the cold press but residual is totally possible. Not probable but possible. MAYBE Test each new bottle on a thicker area of skin like upper arm or top of leg above your knee. Just use a drop. See what happens. Your body should tell you for sure in a day.

@@darlakay6810 > My orthopedist surgeon recomended partial knee replacement surgery. I had bone on bone pain from cartilage loss. Having surgery (knee replacement, either partual or full) do not get rid of bone spurs! My last orthopedist said the pain I have in and around the knees after knee implants is due to bone spurs, including present under the implants. I could see the bone spurs in the X-rays. I will try the castor oil all around the knees to dissolve the bone spurs, and also to break up the painful knots in the soft tissues in both thighs, which is the fibromyalgia that came into full flare after the body trauma of having had partial knee replacement surgery. In the meantime, I am using in place of cheaper, less absorbent calcium supplements, a supplement called calcium aspartate anhydrous, where the body absorbs 92% of the calcium orally, instead of the other more common and cheaper types of calcium (which have much, much lower absorption). The other types of calcium leak/leach out the calcium from the bones causing the trickling out or breaking down of calcium, which causes bone spurs. The calcium aspartate anhydrous does not leak/leach calcium like those other types of calcium. It is a long process to reverse bone spurs, so be diligent about this process. I will soon also start using DMSO with vinegar applied on top of it to try to dissolve the bone spurs, in a double pronged approach to that painful condition. I did not know as a young girl that all that embarassing cracking and popping in my knees was probably the advent/start of bone spurs which started appearing in later years (I am now 70). I have bone spurs all over my body and have arthritis, as well. Arthritis runs in my family from my maternal grandmother on forward. I hope this helps somebody else with these problems.

The most common cause of dry eye is clogged tear ducts. The reason you have tears overflowing is that the ducts not only push out tears, they also sort of suck/vacuum the excess (normally). Castor oil can help to clear the tear ducts but you can also clear them with clean fingertips or a warm damp washcloth with a gentle rubbing motion along the baseline of your eyelashes.

@@laurabarger4155, you will sweat if you use castor oil. CO does not make you sweat more or less than you would normally, the only difference is that it neutralizes the smell. Since there are lymph nodes in the armpits, rubing co helps to drain those lymph nodes. (Which make them detox) I don't think you can prevent sweat from happening unless you use some kind of ingredient that is not good for you (like what is in store brand deoderant or botox). Thank you for sharing . It Helped my dogs ARTHRITIS and EAR HEMATOMA 😀. I saw your last video and read in comments that someone used it on their dogs arthritis. So I tried it on my dogs legs each day last thing at night…3 DAYS LATER my dog was more active and he use to be allowed to put his two front paws on our sofa ..so standing on his hind legs for a quick cuddle..he’s been unable to do that for about 9 months even though on medication..but he’s been doing it again since day 3 😀. He had a large ear hematoma since April 23 but would not let vet go near it and he’s almost 12 and had 2 ops in the previous year so I was reluctant to put him under again. So I started rubbing the oil on his ear..he didn’t like it touched so only would get some on..within a few days it was shrinking and now left with a small bubble . The weird thing is no sooner had that started to shrink he got it on other ear..that has taken longer to see a result but it’s definitely shrinking and he don’t scratch or show signs of ear discomfort now . I’m so pleased. Thanks to you and person who left comment . I tried to go back to find comment but it was lost in thousands ..I hope they see it today with my gratitude. 🇬🇧💛🤍

Did you apply directly on your skin without dilution? I want to try on my legs, so terribly dry

Did you dilute it with a carrier oil? Many people give results here but would be nice if you also gave us your secret recipe for your successes.

@@luvtrump8658 Actually I was a bit sceptical about putting it on my face. So I added one part glycerine to two parts caster oil. But now I am using undiluted oil on my thighs and on my arms to erase the creapy skin. I am seeing results already after 2 weeks. It's very subtle but my skin is looking much better.

I’ve been using castor oil for years. Heritage Store brand is another great one to add to your list.

I just ordered Heritage brand from Amazon. Have been using Jamaican Black but I think this will be better. It's in a glass bottle, organic, cold-pressed, hexane free, and less expensive than the others.
