I'm starting low fodmaps tomorrow and I'm so nervous. Its really comforting to see your channel and how positive you guys are! Makes me feel less anxious :) keep up the good work

Thank you for making these yummy videos! I've found it a bit tricky to try and decide what to make each day that's GF low FODMAP food all of a sudden that contain plenty of veggies. So helpful :) x

I've been loving seeing you experiment more with your cooking and ingredients in your meat free "Veganuary" posts these past few weeks. Discovering oyster mushrooms in Tesco was a big game changer for my low FODMAP cooking. So delicious, meaty and moreish. Those pizza bases looked fabulous. I'm not a big baker so low FODMAP and vegan breads, pastries and baking recipes are always welcome. I really think that to adapt baking to be vegan, gluten free and low FODMAP you need to be able to bake " properly" to begin with. Hope to see more in the future. 🍞🍰🍩🍪

Thank you for these great recipes… I tried the pizza one first and it was a little bit chewy for me my temples were sore from eating it I’m wondering if I did something wrong…. But the flavor and everything were great can’t wait to try out more of these recipes.

@@jamesjhonson109 Hi, so I contacted with a dietician and the low fod map diet helped a lot. Although I was still bloated few times a week + I hate cooking... i'm planning to do a SIBO test soon

Canned champagne mushrooms are okay and there is one other mushroom that is safe, but haven’t seen it on the app yet.

Oh I know there are oyster, but I have seen one other. I saw someone use it on UTube, it’s called a shimeji mushroom. Safe at 1 cup, via the FODMAP friendly app.

Any tips on increasing calorie intake with IBS? I've been pretty much diagnosed about 5 months ago and I've lost over a stone (being 6ft 11st 3lb beforehand anyway). Doctor hasn't put me on low FODMAP or anything yet, just told me to reduce fat and sugar and replace with higher fibre foods wherever possible. I do seem to have it somewhat mild as I can tolerate a reasonable variety of foods without pain I just get cramps and constipation. There just doesn't seem to be any calories in anything when eating fruit and veg etc.

You can eat avocado 🥑. They have 300kcal per 100gr so high caloric. Also coconut 🥥 is high caloric. Both of those are high in fat but they have good fat. You should talk to your doctor or a dietician. You can't have all the fibres without any problems.

1/8 of an avocado is low FODMAP. Can you eat natural peanut butter?

4:41min isn't garlic and onions like the worst fodmap thing ever? So you can use garlic oil instead? I have to do the diet soon, I hope it will helps me. It took me 6 visits in hospital to figure out whats wrong in my stomach. I really hope this will delete the problem... Btw. Nice recipes. 🙂🙂

eggplant is not a low fodmap food to my knowledge. tomatoes are not low fodmap either. Only leafy greens are allowed veggies in low fodmap.

FODMAP gives you either constipation or raging diarrhea. There is no middle ground.
