SAMURAI KAZ ARTS / KAZ KOBAYASHI

SAMURAI KAZ ARTS / KAZ KOBAYASHI

Күн бұрын

When you pull the sword you should also be pulling the SAYA. It is not one or the other. These two movements happen together. It is like positive and negative, plus and minus, each is necessary for the other. The center of this movement is your CHUSHIN.
When you do it this way, your body and your spirit, everything is in harmony and your mind will be clear. This is a key part of IAI and is a core principle of Kaz Method.

This intro weapon looks very heavy. Do you prefer a heavy weapon? Or just practice with one to improve your speed with live katana?
@SAMURAIKAZARTS
@SAMURAIKAZARTS 2 жыл бұрын
This is not heavy it's light. So i'm using like a heavy. Actually I like both weight of Katana. Heavy Katana use like a liight. Light katana use like heavy and also use as light.It's depends on the situation & purpose🙏
