Every Crisis is an Opportunity.
I'm living proof of the statement...
I have gone through 3 very different careers, from a computer store owner, to a computer hardware design engineer at a tech giant, to a real estate broker. I started each new career from a crisis and I became more successful than ever in each.
So when I started CondoWong, I wanted to create a real estate brand that not only survives but thrives through constant changes and uncertain times. And this mission is best accomplished by delivering proven results to our investors consistently.
CondoWong is powered by a full-service in-house team to help you land on a winning investment and take care of it throughout its lifetime, delivering the hands-free and rewarding investment experience that every investor dreamed about.

The area of Yonge and High tech needs more diversity in urban planning. There are already a lot of condos here but no office spaces, not shopping, very limited food and entertainment in the area as well as community centres, gyms and outdoor spaces. To build a strong community Richmond Hill needs to build more than just condos but an actual urban core with all of the amenities you would find similar to that of Sheppard and Yonge station.

They said 2030 back in 2020 when it was announced but there has been hardly any progress so add another 5 years to that.

Dan, investors are the goats. The government needs to re-direct the attention to someone. Investors are the perfect goats. 😂 Not to mention we have an election going on.

Why is transit always the selling point? Nobody takes the bus in York region.

Seriously. Every single plaza or shopping mall is a redevelopment of a condo of some sort. Compared to other parts of the world, Canada has a lot of land. Why do we need to take out parking lots for a high rise building? 🤦‍♂️ Just modernized the 80-90s plazas and build condos elsewhere.

@@jcsdesign infrastructure costs a lot of money so buildings go where the parking lots are because its near existing infrastructure. Buildings can house the same, if not more parking, than the existing lot. All parking lots in 416 need to by replaced with affordable housing to help fix the issue with the market
