If you like getting super sweaty and challenging choreography, then this is the rebounding workout for you. This 40 MIN Cardio HIIT Rebounder Workout is a no repeat cardio routine. We will perform each combo move for 45 seconds and take a 15 second break till we start the next exercise. At the end of this routine, you will feel like you need to take a shower lol And in all seriousness, you will feel very accomplished! Now let’s get after it. Int/adv routine.
