I’ve been locked up in my house and haven’t seen really any of my friends in months. Bre and Flo, you guys are pretty much the only people I’ve spent the consistent time with in the past few months. I been doing yoga wit flo daily since beginning of Covid. I talk shit under my breath the whole class but the results are incredible. My physical and spiritual experience in life is way better. Thank you.

Just started yoga. I’ve gained weight through covid. 38. Been at it two days. Today felt really good not worrying about the poses. I’m outdoors in Hawaii and this made me really like yoga’s. I’m doing yoga as part of a program 75 hard. Stretching has never been my strong suit. I just wanted to send you some positive vibes. See you tomorrow.

I am doing 75 Hard and My body was overworked from the daily gym and running and today i had severe pain in my legs so i thought of doing a proper streching and did this and it worked like magic. I feel so relaxed ❤️

I really loved this. I am a beginner and i was able to follow most of the clear guidance without breaking my neck to see on my phone screen what was the pose. (A couple poses i couldn't do but felt reassure i just tonlisten to my body and not force it.) I dont think you talk too much at all.

A great practice for a recovery day! I enjoyed the deep hip stretches and being able to just focus on letting my body relax into the pose. The meditation at the end was an unexpected treat, thank you so much!

Thank you very mutch for the class. I very mutch appreciate it, one small piece of comment, but this is very personal, during the meditation part I had to turn of the sound. The feeling from my part that you kept on talking without pause made it hard for me to find the rest of mind during the meditation. Apart from that i loved every piece of it, keep up the good work!

This teacher is really good at explaining what part of your body to move and how and where you should be feeling a stretch but also where you might be feeling a stretch and variations for all body types and consistently reminds us that it's ok to be wherever we're at and whoever we are and just to find ways to strengthen, stretch, breathe, relax, and grow further into yourself. There are a lot of online teachers, but not as many that truly understand the mind, body and spirit of yoga. I love this guy!

I have been doing gentle yoga for a few years but never ever been introduced to pranayama, it’s really relaxing and I feel that I could ‘breathe’ better. That was the first video I have done, From the start, to end I did it all, after the meditation, I finished p my 30-minute yoga session I do every day because I just felt so well after this video. Wow I can't describe how grateful I am for finding your channel. I was just looking for a full body deep stretch because I ran so much this week, I wasn't aware there was a meditation. I've tried meditation so many times and is true I am always thinking ""This is not for me" and then the left/right exercise was such a good transition. I enjoyed this so much, thank you again!

Thank you so much for sharing these practices. I've been doing them for several weeks now (as a beginner to yoga). Love them. The past few days I've been doing the slower practices in the evening after the kids are in bed. In the living room, on the TV, lights off. It's been great, relaxing, and it got me thinking how amazing a set of dark mode videos would be. The bright daytime scenes are perfect for practicing during the day. Dark mode using a fast prime lens with warm lighting and a dark background would be fantastic for practicing at night. Mood appropriate. I realize I may be one of the only people that would notice or care about the difference but I thought why not say something? Thank you again for your generosity!! I really appreciate the work you've put into making these practices great.

Over the past six months, I've really lost my practice and drive for yoga. I've rarely found teachers with whom I resonate online. However, this past week has been the first time I've really felt at peace with these sessions/meditations since the beginning of quarantine in March. Thank you both for everything you've done and for helping me find myself and reigniting my love for yoga. Yoga was a lifeline that I began to take for granted. That was a wonderful class. I think it was also my most intense sitting meditation. Everything felt stiff and heavy, handy lying on my lab. Only breath and mind was going. It almost felt like leaving my body to explore my mind. Very intense. Thank you very much! I love your channel.

this was a good one for me- was resting all day and was super sore from a long week. after some rest, some good eating, and a nap, i woke up and did this and feel soooooooo much better
