Welcome to this 26 minute total body Breathe and Flow yoga class. This is a low intensity class focusing on deep stretches. Ideal for beginners or those that want to take it easy today. We specifically focus on hips, hamstrings, groin, spinal movements, wrists, hip flexors, twists, gentle backbends and a closing meditation.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Knowing that the body benefits from movement while the mind benefits from stillness, we share our philosophy of mental stillness through the fluidity of a strong practice. Bre and Flo are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® holding certifications as RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and are also Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP). They are trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release therapy, reiki, prenatal yoga and are certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

the ''half pigeon/ pigeon variation (the pose at 13.25 and 20.25) are impossible for me. I cant get my upper leg to rest on my lower leg at all, let alone move forward. How can i work on this? Is it my knees? I hope someone can anwser :) I started with strechting/yoga two weeks ago so i am starting to discover which parts of my body are flexible and which are not. THank you so much for this channel!

Although I've been told by my family that I spend a long time over brushing, I can't say I've experienced sore shoulders. I get sore shoulders twisting new growth of my hair into dreadlocks so everyone's body is different.

This was exactly what I needed. Challenged me I. The moment but never felt like I couldn’t achieve the stretch that was desired like certain yoga videos on KZfaq. My body feels great after this one. Well definitely be checking your channel often now when it’s rest&stretch day

This is my absolute favourite/go to video of yours. It eases period pain, raging anxiety, tiredness and general aches and stiffness. When we get to Lizard Lunges, I'm floating in bliss! Many thanks for such a wonderful stretch 😊

I've started practicing Yoga over a year ago. I just finished this after a brutal leg day and the deep stretches really really helped ease the normal pain and fatigue after. I can’t thank you enough for what you do for us all

Thank you Flo, that was wonderful. While i am not a yoga beginner anymore, i often find your intermediate level sessions too much for me, so this ‘slower day’ session was just perfect, as most of my days are slower than they used to be anyway. Namaste and warm wishes from Northern Israel.

Flow! I’ve got full heel to but flexion in my left leg now! I had a tibial plateau fracture and all tear when I was about thirteen, and after surgery and about six months of physical therapy I decided I was done with it. Im 31 now and haven’t been able to get my heel all the way to my bum since I was 13. Now after about a month of yoga a few days a week I’ve got it. Excited to see what other movements will open up

Although I wasn't exactly very overtrained these last days I found this practice very useful just to minimize the stress I've been going thru. This is a very nice and sweet practice so that my body can stop for a minute and enjoy the gentle movement. Thank you!

This was great! I had sore hips and glutes from the day before. I liked you different variations, especially in the twist. My hips do not internally rotate well and I always thought I had to squeeze the knee in which was difficult for me. I will start to keep my leg at an angle when twisting! Thanks for another beautiful practice.❤️

Thank You So Much For Sharing Your Knowledge about Yoga. I am a beginner.....and I have been following you for about two weeks now. I do yoga 5-10 before work and 5-10 minutes after work (which is 4 days out of the week). The 3 days....I do yoga once for 10-15 minutes. Other than that, I am noticing a positive change in my breathing techniques, mental health, and stretching abilities. THANK YOU.
