Welcome to day 13 of the 30-day yoga challenge. Today we are combining the sequences from the last few days with a 45 min mandala yoga flow. Within this class we bring together some of the poses that we practiced throughout the week so that we can do a little bit of a recap and revisit some of the skills that we focused on.
In this class we work towards Side Splits, Side Crow pose and Camel Pose. Hopefully you will be familiar with some of the sequencing from the last week of the 30 day yoga challenge.

It's a beautiful class session. The repeat of the postures was needed. The whole point of yoga is pushing yourself beyond the comfort zone. The headstand worked great from my part this time. Thank you, Coach Charlie, for sharing with us your peaceful, loving energy.🙏🧘‍♂️

What I liked about this 30 days challenge is that you included every time new poses but at the same time you were repeating poses we did a few days ago. And sometimes I noticed that you were combining the sequenses from the last few days which we did in 20 or 25 minutes and put them all in one yoga flow. I liked this idea very much. It's also good because we had time to practice these poses. Because only if we do an exercise consistnley we'll make progress and I also made it. Thank you very much 💖 I hope that you'll read this💗🙏

240324 I genuinely thought 45 mins would be too long. There was a moment about half way when for a split second it was. But then at the end of the class, I wanted it to carry on. This was really amazing, I loved it. Some very interesting & seamless transitions, very few "traditional" poses. A great way to begin my relaxing Sunday. Thank you for your energy & time. Namaste.

This one was gorgeous, Thank you Charlie...I am astonished how i gained strength after just 13 days...usually i do only 45 min endurance and 10-15 min Yoga at working days ( more on weekends)...BUT i am quite old so i didnt expect to make progress that fast 🤩 i am feeling really fantastic ❤

Oh my gosh, I got half way to head stand for the first time! Had my feet dangling in the air with a big grin on my face, the build up with wrist exercises has really made a difference. I'm feeling so motivated to continue to practice, thank you for your calm and instructive lessons!

Many thanks, headstand is progressing to the point of being able to balance completely on head and hands lifting the legs half way which i have issues with in past from lumbar fusion and shoulder surgeries so, once again thank you, I am very Grateful 🙏 🤙

You are not kidding about back bends requiring energy. I’m definitely running low on energy the last few days, but I tried those back bends. It’s a weird lesson I’m learning for myself, I usually try to do everything the best or toughest level, but I’ve had to take it easy and be more gentle. It’s hard to do that sometimes. Thank you for being here to challenge me with lessons in kindness to myself.

Been practicing yoga with you for 4 years now. Was so delighted to see a wink of balance with the arm balance, plus full long balance in headstand. SO much progress from showing up day after day. Beautiful, rich meditation at end - thank you for that.

I must say I really enjoyed this mandala flow. I had to really tune in and kept track of my left and right (which was a challenge!) so I loved the mental exercise. Not much progress physically but I think leaving the mat feeling really happy is a win! Thank you Charlie for this class!

Hey Charlie, I’m actually from India and kinda new to yoga as I was a lazy bum growing up and didn’t embrace my culture. I absolutely love the routines and flows that you have. It always turns out to be a perfect routine, no matter how many minutes, it just feels accurate. So you’re doing really good with the time spans of the videos based on different energy levels of the challenge. Day 13 going strong! Very rejuvenating Thank you so much for this one ❤️🥹 Safe to say I’m “follow”ing someone not from my country, but has embraced this sacred practice 💫

My indian daughter in law also starten late with yoga, she just attended some lessons at school .Coming to Europe she asked me (!) To introduce her to yoga, i was glad she found a professionell teacher in pregnancy😂...

My 10yo daughter could do the side crow with no effort!!! Goodness! For the first time, I managed crow for 2sec and half way head stand!!! Thank you Charlie! I will keep on trying and not giving up! Have a fabulous weekend!
