Dearest Devi, I jsut did thid practice out on my deck. It was 5 when I started in full sun. So unusual for Humboldt County. It felt so wonderful to be outside...feeling the warmth of the sun....and listening to your soothing voice. I am very grateful that you offer free yoga on youtube.
