You could say that about almost all of LOONA's vocal line, though. A lot of Chuu's best B♭4s are old as f*ck too lol, like LOONA Birth stuff (so 2018?), but for the longest of time people were barely giving her G#4. Some of the Yves clips I've seen this channel feature were also from 2020 (Fact in Star - Why Not era), but she was often not in consideration ever when it came down to LOONA vocals etc. In the end, it all boils down to consistency. Lots of LOONA members choose style over technique. Jinsoul is one of them, but you can tell she's been working on this.

You can check the vocal analysis channels here. They started re-evaluating Yves in 2020. Jinsoul's been considered the weakest member of the LOONA vocal line for yearsss. I always felt like that should've changed around 2020 too. She definitely improved even though, as you mentioned, the LOONA girls still prioritize style over technique. Jinsoul, at least, has worked on it. I believe she has firmly surpassed LipSeul for a while now.

Maybe Juhyun because she puts some effort with support. Haneul is already super weak on a G#4, I don’t think she has anything acceptable above that. Maybe something proceeded but live? I doubt.

Baemon's vocal line is the strongest in the 5th gen! It's like having five main vocalists in one group. Rami, Rora, Ahyeon, Canny, and Pharita-these girls could easily be the main vocalists in other groups 😂 Even Pharita who is considered to be the weakest vocalist in Baemon technically can be a main vocalist in some groups like Gidle or Illit for example.

Haewon and Sollyoon are definitely superior to all the idols in the video and who you listed in the comments, they have a bigger range, cleaner vocals, and increased stamina. But Lily is on another level, at the age of 10 she had vocal skills like an adult, breathing techniques, a huge range, absolute hearing, and most importantly, she herself learned this from videos on the Internet to overcome depression when her friends died during a fire in Australia. She is not just an idol, but a professional vocalist. Sorry for the long text

For a K-Pop group in the recent generations, they are not below average, if only because the average is REALLY low these days. But in general, yes, they're not really a vocally "strong" group.
