Dear Hansaji, Thank you very much for your help on this topic along with other videos on Letting go. I had been suffering from constipation since childhood and even started smoking 20 years ago just to relieve my bowels. Had taken all kind of treatments - ayurvedic, homeopathic, yoga naturopathy etc but with no luck. However after seeing your videos and practicing these suggestions within two days my bowel movement has improved significantly. Will post again once my need to smoke is completely relieved (think need to do more of letting go). May God bless you and your organization 🙏.

For that yake ginger add some rock salt and lemon juice on it then dry in sunlight then whenever you want to smoke this candy eat it help in your bad habit to realise it has not side effect beacuse it is ayurveda

This morning I was able to make a bowel movement after having some frustration. And the very first thing that you said in this video it is, “if you are reading a newspaper or looking on social media, how can you properly focus to relaxed on making your bowel movement???” That hit the nail on the head. From now on, I will not be doing anything except relaxing in SILENCE when I need to go #2. Thank you

Had my gallbladder removed on 1st April 21'. When I came out for about 2 weeks bowel evacuation was ok. Now its very very slow bowel movements. Can I follow this technique. And any videos I must follow pls. Thanks much

I am just glad Christina didn't mukt off pawan. It would have been hilarious 🤣🤣 Btw, been doing it for the past 40 days along with Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya. Ah! After 2 hours of Yoga I feel like a feather🧘 Life is so peaceful and mind is chaotic. All these asanas and kriyas just to bring the mind to a state of stillness. I hope the whole world will realise it at some point in their life. Thank you amma for this asana. I had constipation problem for many years and got solved within 21 days. I distinctly remember from 21st day to till date I have had no bowel problem. The thin line between watching KZfaq and doing the asana is the Karma. We have to act on it else we will spend our whole life trying to understand the mechanics of Yoga but in reality we are going nowhere. It will be like the video on loop 24x7.

Doctor we have to synchronize breathing in certain exercises. Its really difficult if nostril/s is/are closed. PL suggest. Can we breath with mouth or any other remedy

No we should never breath through mouth. The idea is while bending forward we have to breathe out and while stretching back or bending back we have to breathe in

Thank you very much for your guidance. I'm suffering from constipation. If my stools are not passed within 10mins of waking up. My head and eyes becomes tight. I feel very sluggish. How I can not feeling sluggish if the bowel is not cleared.
