Dr. Rowe shows back exercises that can help improve your sex life by improving endurance, flexibility, and reducing back pain.
This video is going to help by focusing on two separate parts.
In the first part, we're going to go over easy stretching exercises that will help improve flexibility. In the second part, we'll focus on back and hip strengthening exercises to improve stamina and reduce instances of back pain during love making.
Make sure to go through all of the exercises to get the best results. Most of them can be done in bed and require no equipment.

The hardest one for me is the Cobra. Very tight in the lower abdominals. I'll know more after my surgery next month to repair an inguinal hernia. That might be part of the problem. Bridges and cats and dogs are easy for me.

Most of these exercises seem to be geared more to male them female. Are there exercises to increase flexibility especially useful for sex. Is there any that might help back strain for female positions especially when legs, hips and lower back off the ground. Are there ones that help upright against wall positions and are there ones that help thigh pain and knee lock and pain from 'riding' positions.
