I eat ribeye as much as I can. Buy it on sale and load up. It tastes the best and as I am not a great cook, it’s the easiest one to not screw up. Good quality sardines are my backup when in a rush. Always surprising how satiating such a small can can be. Then of course a lot of bacon and eggs w butter. I was eating twice a day but as I started eating later and later in the day 1-2-3 pm, I just started eating at 3 or 4 pm one large meal, steak or bacon with eggs, or all 3, I found I was never hungry, EVEN when I did eat that big meal but somehow it was no problem to devour it quickly. Thanka for the info! And losing 2-3 lbs a week. 🥩

They ensure your fertility, the power levels of the body and your longevity. Do not skip them just find the kinds of organic organ meats you like. @@AnneMB955 I hugely disagree with that. We live in a world of falseness and temptation. Metabolic diseases have been normalized. Most people are on prescriptions to artificially alter their physiology in some way. Other than some times of famine, we live in the unhealthiest time in human history on a per-capita basis. The way to health is with intention and information, signposted by our evolution and evolutionary diet. The only manner that I thank goodness for living now is that the internet has allowed people to remind us to return to natural eating patterns. The prior few generations were tricked into awful eating patterns.

Deli meats harbor bacteria from the slicing blade. Please let me explain. I am an RN. Who are the people using the slicing blade, & what is their hygiene. Who cleans that slicing blade, and how well, and how often? Don't let those vinyl gloves fool you.... Those vinyl gloves have touched everything in that deli area... Including the people themselves. Bacteria multiply about every 30 minutes and you can get a bad case of food poisoning.

Delis have strict food safety guidelines they have to adhere to. Slicers are cleaned regularly, sanitized and employees have to wash their hands before handling the meat or cheese, and wear gloves. They have to change their gloves after each customer. Quit fear mongering. There's nothing wrong with uncured deli meats.

I get my eggs from local farmer who raises the chooks roaming free to forage and dust bathe and live a natural life. Tbh I don't think they really work out that much more expensive than store bought 'free range' but I'd rather pay bit more for happy hens and eggscellent nutrition. :D

I bye half of my meat from a regenerative farm just south of me here in Florida. They have what they call an old world blend of ground meat that contains bison and organ meat. I use that for my meatloaf. It gives me that extra nutrition and tastes a little different from pure ground beef, but it is very good. And if you don't have one near you the name of this farm is Ferguson Farms, and they ship all over the country. More expensive, but clean. Also, why only half of my meat comes from there. Dr Ken Berry tells people to eat what they can afford. And if canned spam is all you can afford, it is still better than the SAD.

I found the organ supplements subject you touched on fascinating. I was in a supplements store yesterday speaking with the clerk, (whom I just learned is carnivore also). There were two brands, one was fermented, the other one, not. We didn't discuss the issues you raised, but we will next time. Thank you, Bella! I have some that I brought earlier that I'll just sprinkle on my big dog's food one cap at a time. He's been on raw since I got him at 5yrs old. Now, at 12, he surprises everyone who asks his age. He often gets raw liver or sardines added to a well-portioned twice a day feeding.

As far as milk goes, you may wish to consider Fairlife whole milk. It's Lactose Free and includes the lactase enzyme which is what a lactose intolerant person is lacking in their small intestine. It is pasteurized but not ULTRA-pasteurized. We tried it for the first time about 2 years ago and never went back to other brands. Fairlife also claims to have 50% more protein and 50% less sugar (6 grams vs 12 grams of regular whole milk in 8 0z). I'm going to try it in a new yogurt recipe and see how that works out. FYI. We really enjoy your posts.

💯 Bella! I normally eat very clean, with no processed meats. However, I had a bad experience last week. On Sunday, I had to travel 1.5 hours each way to a retirement party, so I prepared for it. I scrambled 6 pasture-raised eggs with some leftover steak bits/fat for breakfast and headed out, in case there wasn't anything for me to eat at the afternoon party. Surprisingly, I found a few things to munch on at the party, and had smaller amounts just to be on the safe side. Oh, what a mistake! A few slices of pepperoni, salami, cheese, etc., from the antipasta platter and some skirt steak did me in! I had a typical "clean" dinner when I got home, but the "good" food wasn't enough to counteract the party meat. The next day, I felt like a truck hit me! I only had a tiny bit of the Deli meats, so I think it was seasonings in the skirt steak marinade that got me (I had a little bit more of the steak, compared to the Deli meats). Lesson learned! Over my roughly 1.5 years of Carnivore, I've really gotten in tune with how my body reacts with food. I rarely have any processed meats, and even some uncured hot dogs/sausages give me negative effects. I stick with steak, burgers, and pasture-raised eggs 95% of the time. Heavy cream, butter, and cheese are 4%. Fish, fermented foods, and MCT oil are 1%. This combo allows me to feel great. I feel the best on steak, but ground beef allows me to not blow the budget, and I buy grass-fed ground beef and steak, whenever I can get it on sale. However, grain-fed beef is the tastiest on my palette. I hope this helps anyone who is figuring it out for themselves, and hope my "Carnivore recruit" will see this, too. He's recently began his journey and follows you and the SBG. My sharing you videos with him, has enabled him to begin his journey. Bella, he has watched several of your videos and you are definitely helping people. You helped me, and are now helping him. Thank you!

@@user-rv9ht1cr1w It is completely normal in the beginning to lose some hairs. Are you eating enough? especially fat? this would be really important.. more tips for massive hair growth: massage your scalp (not rubbing! deeply moving the tissue) everytime before washing your hair once a week use rosmary water and scalp oil after massaging and leave it for 1 hour (I always do my workout or cleaning during that time). ---> important: use a light scalp oil with argan or jojoba oil and little herbal oils like rosmary oil. Do not use castor oil or coconut oil on the scalp, because it is way to heavy and cloggs the hair folicles. Rosmary water can be purchased or you can make it yourself (there are lots of tutorials on yt) I doubled my hairs like this🥰

I also like the more exotic stuff that you'll never see in the supermarket, like tripe, sweetbreads and hearts. But right enough, I do seem to be in an extreme minority. Almost nobody else I know likes offal. My all time favourite cut of just regular meat is also something that you'll never see in any supermarket, at least not here in the UK, and is also something that very few people even seem to know about, much less eat on a regular basis, and that's beef shin. Especially when you buy it on the bone, because that way you can boil the bones down for the marrow, make bone broth, and still have the most delicious and nutritious cut of meat in existence.
