Dr. Kristie. As usual, the pace and detail of your instructions is perfect. Love this routine.. You seem to have a high muscle mass to fat ratio. Was this largely accomplished without weights?????

I’ve had so many injuries and illnesses, that most of my strength training is body weight, bands, and light weights:)

You couldn't have shown this exercise at a better time. I have a bad hip that was replaced and isn't exactly in the correct placement. Been told by 3 different Ortho Dr's that say it would be worse for me to replace it than just suck it up butter cup. These exercises have given me some much needed relief. I know its a sad story but itis what it is. The question I have, do you have a exercise to help with a limp or bad gate? I'm a old dog but can be taught a new trick

I love your videos...so professional and also fun..Q: I am pretty sure I have piraformis...from what I have learned is that u need to shorten the muscle not lengthen it - I believe the exercises u are doing here are good for this condition..Am I correct? if not do u have any other suggestions? thanks so so much

Hi gorgeous, I have a groin strain I just can't shift, it's been doing my head in for the past 2 weeks, have to drag my leg into the car into bed etc, been trying to follow some of your exercises in bed, recently diagnosed with pinched Sciatic nerve, looked it up found your channel, I can lay flat on bed lift my left leg comfortably, but my good leg I cant lift 5 inches of the bed without hurting my groin if you have done exercises to help this send us a link sweetie, thanks in advance x

They don't work. The best glutes exercises are far more advanced. I'm going to show you as soon as I can.

Remember this is a video for when you can’t lift weights. Because of multiple injuries and illness, these are the exercises I use. I may not have the world’s biggest booty but I used to have none at all and these made a difference:)

You can’t “build glutes” unless you have load aka: weights.

Kristie, good exercises, but there’s no need to show like that your intimate pubic area, that was unnecessary and, sorry, but made me feel uncomfortable while watching the video.
