very easy to understand and execute but not easy to do if that makes sense (as in i was very tired at the end lol). always great to find exercises that hurt a little at the end so i know i’m pushing myself

Very good sequence for the buns. I did them and can feel it. I’m trying to help heal my 3yr’s of hip bursitis by strengthening my gluts! The neon orange almost looked fake on on my Ipad😂, weird… Tks so much!

Excellent! Thank you. Question? When doing a bridge… should the pressure on the bottom of the feet be from the heels? Eventually distributed? Or with the feet pushing forward toward the toes as if trying to slide away from the glutes? Which is best for glute engagement-and which is safest for the knees? My Physical Therapist has me doing elevated glute bridge with internal rotation bc my inner thigh muscles always want to take over, which resulted in front hip discomfort due to femur not gliding in hip socket. Will these exercises be good, without working hip flexors?

Dr. Kristie when I get in bridge pretty quickly I get cramps come into my hamstrings.

Often, the hamstrings cramp due to weakness or the glutes not activating well. I have my clients gently lift their toes and press their heels into the ground while focusing on squeezing the glutes. Making sure to tilt the pelvis posterior can help as well as trying a frog leg position.

Definitely good! Just make sure you are able to activate the pelvic floor muscles without using the glutes too:)

I'm still cautious about having my feet on the floor and doing the first step "picking up my back" correctly.....before I will do this.

@@drkristieennis I work in Demolition had a bad accident broke my back , about five years ago, all healed but its left me with a trapped nerve down my right leg and lower back , try different exercises just to try and gain relief, I've been on a CT scan recently at the London hospital they said they are going to give me an injection that will relax the muscle , they are 99% sure it will go back in place , just had to wait hospitals in UK are backed up because of strikes and the previous covid lockdowns ...... can't wait to get it done ..your exercises do help just sometimes I overdo it lol 😂
