0:14 - Shoulder Circles
0:43 - Leg Lift Toe Touches
1:13 - Arm Fly Butt Kicks
1:43 - Squat Taps
2:13 - Step Back Arm Lifts
2:43 - Toe Taps
3:13 - Knee Hugs
3:43 - Step Back Rotations
4:13 - Step Out Arm Raise
4:43 - Neck Rolls

My favorite part is stretching while doing cardio movements.and the neck rolls help alot to wake up neck tension. Also I hate squares, but whenever u incorporate in small sets, it's manageable 😁

tbh i dont like workouts without breaks, since my condition is pretty bad, but this one was amazing!! it was the perfect mix of getting active and some slower/easier exercises. would definitly recommend and do again 10/10!! thank you so much :)

Good Morning 😊 I was browsing for some beginners work out videos and discovered yours. As a mature lady your videos suited my capability. I haven't exercised for ages and trust me this 5mins video is all I can manage right now. Thank you so much & hopefully I can easily do it without feeling sluggish 👌🏾

Yes! Love this. Fast & great exercises. Favourite one? That’s hard - all were excellent choices. This is going to be my “go to starter”.
