Do this 5 minute yoga class to help relieve back tension and general back pain. This quick yoga class incorporated the 6 movements of the spine (Flexion, Extension, Rotation right and left, Lateral flexion right and left) to help increase mobility, flexibility and release tension from the back. Back stretches are a great addition to your morning routine to help you feel your best for the day ahead. You can also benefit from stretching your back midday or even before bed so you can sleep more comfortably at night.

…I stayed because the jazz(my favorite music)and I was glad,the yoga sequence was just perfect,quick,easy ,relaxing when you got no time,but got to move things anyways 🙃

literally worked like a medicine. i’ve had a long day at work and had lower back pain and upper back tension this released everything. when you said feel the tension and release… I LITERALLY DID!!! 🤯🤯

Is there anyway you could do a short, maybe 15 min yoga session for coronavirus recovery pretty please? We basically need gentle/easy stretches to get our bodies moving some & deep diaphragm breathing for strong lungs. 💪 🫁 🙏

Um I just got my period less than a year ago but am having REALLY bad back pain. I’ve tried exercise, and even back pain RELIEF videos like this one but it makes it worse every month. 😂 any tips from older ladies?

Hi! Not normal unless you got up too fast. You should discuss with your doctor as this can be an underlying condition.

This is called 6 movements of the spine in 5 minutes…why would you click it if you enjoy passive poses. I have many longer stretch videos. Not every class will be the same ❤️❤️ explore some of my other ones they might resonate.
